This is random, but I listen to your videos when I'm having trouble controlling my anxiety. After a few minutes of listening to your calming voice, I feel in control again or at least calmer.
Adding more water in my day was a struggle and now i have it down pat! I drink 24oz when i take all my vitamins in the morning and then drink another 24oz as i drive to work in the morning. Every time i stop i take a drink!! And when ever i go out to do my shopping i take water and drink all the time. But I've always loved water its the only thing i really drink anymore. keep up your great work! love the channel.
Now that my dog Charley graduated from the crate, it forces me to clean up to help him avoid temptation. Last night I cleared the table of the Christmas presents I was making, cleared coffee table and put away remote. I also pack my lunch and snacks the night before so it's easy to bring to work in the morning.

I can definitely relate to the process of struggling to find the time...I think it is about making time for it if it matters, and this has been something I'm trying to do with reading, since there was a phase of several years where I didn't read much for pleasure. Good luck!

Just exploring with different options in my life I loss my pet on May 6,2020 I’m still processing I excepted him being gone but here in spirit sometimes I let things get to me sometimes but like you said a quiet time to reflect on your day
Interesting video Sarah. Points you covered are very worthwile for a good life. I usually just drink water, herbal teas and enjoy eating organic fruit whole. Smoothies are nice occassionally but I feel it is just another fad. But this is just my opinion.
1 11 Being elderly I believe it helps my body digest and extract nutrients ...soups are particularly helpful in softening vegetables ...well you get the idea ..it's just my preference for my stage of life
