Indeed, one of my better friends in high school was a 'pretty boy'. Shorter than medium tall women but the excellent face with the right touche of femininity. He was and still is slim and while not muscular, he's in excellent shape. Just like this two other brothers and parents; all have that exact winning gene combination. She was a math genius who could solve math that's more difficult than what I had at university in no longer than it took the teacher to put the final part of the problem on the board. Yet this chad was all she wanted. She never got him, went to do charity around the world and eventually settled for a guy within her range (she was a 3.5/10 physically). And ... because he had it so SO easy, he loved to toy with these women. Dumping them in mean ways, forcing and making them simp for him hard, pitching them against each other (girls that were the best of friends would plant knives in each others back to get on his good side), ... . Not only did he have his looks he had innate talent for math and he too could solve equations like nothing ... but ... because of that he never studied and failed at university in his first year ... but partied like a beast ... he then took it seriously and aced everything thereafter. --- The game is rigged ... as a normal man with apparently a below average face, I can't even get a bloody first date. I've always been well liked and had lots of superficial friends during my education. Since I always took lead in group work to ensure that I aced it (I always was at the top of my class), people fought to be my partners and fought to be next to me on exams. My female friends, all fellow classmates at university, often remark: "why are you still single" -_- I'm this close to telling them: "Well ... why don't you date me? You all seem to be wondering, yet I know not a single one of you would say '"yes" if I asked you out!". There is one big regret I have in my life ... years to late I realised that a single rather sweet but not so attractive smart girl might have been quite a bit in "true" love with me. However, since I got rejected left, right and centre all the time ... by the time she tried to hint her interest at me, I was so lacking in relational confidence that I was 100% sure no girl would go actively for me that I didn't perceive her efforts for what they probably were. Years later I saw on facebook that she's now with someone who looks uncannily like me. So ... not only does deficiency in the looks department harm your chances at succes when asking, it also damages your confidence to such levels that you can't even think someone might chase you for once. You're also not able to "fool around" at the teenager and twen years ... thus not only are you missing out on having fun while you're in your physical prime, you're also not able to build experience with relationships. So ... even if you might stumble on a girl with interest, you don't have the tools and knowhow to do things perfectly right in an organic way ... thus you'll probably still blow it with her, while the same you with experience might have found his life companion... That realisation sucks hard!!! The gap between the winners and losers just keeps ever expanding throughout life. Couple it with impossible recruitment standards for entry level jobs ... always demanding many years of specific experience ... and life within society is just a joke. It's not like in the movies where a high school jock ends up flipping burgers for the rest of his life, while the nerdy kid goes on to be a successful industrial and getting the girl in the end. Either the nerdy kid ends up in a similar dead end job like the jock and still not getting the girl or the nerdy kid succeeds only to have the burger flipping jock fuck his wife behind his back and ending up stuck raising the resulting child ... hopefully blissful unaware that it isn't his only to eventually still end up divorced and going form one gold digger and mental case to another. Well ... I choose the third option. Since my biology masters with great distinction and all the options in biotech means toiletpaper in the hiring business and fun rewarding romantic relationships are denied to me, I instead went for a chill full time job that I take care of in half the time and I spend my free time on me, myself and I. Every hobby and interest I have, I'm planning to do. I only live once and as an only child of middle class parents money is not an issue. And to think that in the past 'blue pilled me' would have been so so happy to spend his time and money on a woman! Nowadays I am so busy most of the time that I honestly wouldn't be able to fit a girlfriend in my life. And whenever I look at what's out there, I don't even find the enthusiasm to even try. Yet ... it still bugs me ... because in the back of my mind I still dream of having a fun girlfriend with whom to share my passions; a true life companion. I'm a very romantic, enthusiastic and optimistic person by nature ... and to face that everything you've believed from childhood is a lie ... it's such a cruel joke. It's why I still feel a need to occasionally go on a rant like here ... . And ... I've come to terms these past few years with the fact that "the one" is a myth for us normies. It's a divine pleasure only experienceable by the beautiful people in society. The only none destructive things we can do is play the numbers game and settle for whatever happens to stick ... or go MGTOW. And surrounded by my passions I think MGTOW is the better choice than lowering your standards to rock bottom and ending up a cuck.

It's funny to me that people will easily say a man is 'punching above their weight' obviously in regards to looks, but then tell you looks don't matter, I don't think you can have it both ways.

I am a 3 with a 3 gf. I’m good with it lol. We are very happy together. Sometimes you shouldn’t strive to be something you can never be. Being a 7 or higher isn’t necessary to have success, to be a chad, have a girlfriend and be the dominant male. You can improve, and you should surely try your hardest to be the best possible version of yourself though, and then operate within the limits set by your overall quality. The analysis in this video is excellent. Two further points I'd like to add. 1) People who say "I know several guys who are very ugly but have a lovely girlfriend" often tend to have tunnel vision. Such people will only take notice of the rare few sub5 men who have a girl but they wont pay attention to the many ugly men they run into everyday who are alone. 2) Ugly guys who managed to get an attractive women almost never manage to repeat that success when they break up. Bro you're a genius! I always thought, that I was the only idiot out there who had those opinions on dating and how a 5/10 guy can get a 8+ girl. There are two more exceptions you forgot about. Rebounds and 'using' for jealousy. I saw a beautiful girl with one of the least attractive guys in my college. My Chad future-roommate told me he broke up with her for how crazy she was, and she magically ended up with him right after though she went to a college 2 hours away. I am not ugly by any standards but I’m here because you you do speak the truth. Although I’ve never known what it is to be ugly, I can see those trends holding up when I’m dealing with 9s and 10s. The red pill philosophy would tell you that if you can’t pull that caliber of women, it is because you put them on a pedestal and you don’t treat them like you’d treat inferior women, therefore they pick up on you pedestalizing them and treat you like an inferior person. However, I have always been suspicious of that. The truth is that those women feel that they can get better men than you because of YOUR LOOKS and that is why you can’t pull them. I have always thought that if I was ugly I would absolutely not waste my energy with women AT ALL. Compensating with kindness, personality (which isn’t really mine) and other behavioral things is just not worth it. As human beings we are all after happiness. Not women. Women can give you temporary pleasure. Nobody can make you happy but yourself. So rather than chase skirts I’d say focus on the things that make you happy that don’t depend on women’s validation or admiration.

i'd say there is one category that doesn't get talked about a lot but is a very strong point a woman takes into consideration when looking for a man and that is charisma and social status. to clarify what i mean about social status, it's not social status as in how well off they are in general compared to everyone else but how popular they are with people around them and the people they meet, these men tend to have large social circles purely based because people want to be friends with them men and women alike. how do i know this? well my cousin is the prime example of this, he's never dated a girl i'd say is below an 8, but he's been extremely popular despite him being around a 5, looks i'd say perhaps a 6 but he's slightly shorter than the average man and quite too short to be considered attractive height wise. so how did they end up with him? did he do them any favors? did he treat them in a special way or really well? did he have resources? is a big name? no not really. he's a very average guy in all aspects but something he did have that not many men couldn't even come close to having is a lot of charisma and the social status of being beloved by all that came to know him, every man and woman kowtowed to his whims and fancy, why that is the case i had no actual clue as to why for the longest time until it dawned on me. he's the contact man, he could do anything and go anywhere that gave him a lot of power that both men and women sought after and that made him extremely attractive i think. for example he knew the dj and the girls and the bartenders and the bouncers and the big wigs and the fun guys at clubs, so he was basically a way to meet and be some kind of mediator between these parties and he was extremely approachable and friendly and nice, not to a fault but just as a default. but yeah i wouldn't say many men can pull off such a feat, for him it's just how he lives his life.

Wheat Waffles I really hope you read this. I have been a part of the black pill community for five years now. To see the ideas evolve to where they are today really makes me happy. As things stand now I would say that your channel does the best job to accurately depict how dating and man women dynamics currently are. So for that a huge job well done and keep up the good work. However I think there is a flaw or a reality that you haven’t quite grasped yet. For some background I am probably between a 7-8 on the looks scale. This isn’t a rating I’ve given myself. I just know from the amount of tinder matches I have been able to get. 10-20 a day and that’s only swiping on girls who are in good shape and average or above in the face and them literally telling me I’m hot. There’s no way I could be lower then a 7-10 in looks purely due to how unforgiving online dating is. I am going to start a black pill channel in the near future. One thing that I will make sure to highlight is the fact that not all girls are as vain as a lot of black pill content creators believe. If you are a five or below in looks it makes little sense to even worry about finding a looks match partner because it would be like fishing with no bait. Is it possible yes. Is it going to happen most definitely not. However if you are a six and up it is definitely possible to find a girl who will treat you well and be committed and you will want to rip there cloths off. I’ve been in a relationship for almost two years now. I would say that the vast majority of black pillers as well as content creators haven’t been in a relationship with a women for longer then a year. What I’m going to describe to you now is a point I feel like you are missing due to that reason. All women want chad. That is true. However there simply aren’t enough chads to go around. I’ve got another suggestion for a 9th exception (although it’s arguably a variant of a couple of entries already on the list): If the high-attractiveness woman is a narcissist & has identified the low-attractiveness man as a good source of “supply”/“fuel”. While that has never happened to me, I have seen it happen to others, and I had the experience of my most recent ex (who I was a point or two more attractive than) leaving me - after she’d co-opted most of my social circle & realised I wasn’t going to build my life/career in a way that suited her at my own expense - and *downgrading* to a guy who not only was less attractive than me, but less attractive than *her* also. His advantage was he provided a completely new social circle separate from my old one that she could infiltrate & he seems quite willing to do what suits her (not out of beta desperation, but just because he’s largely aimless in life & thus somewhat indifferent to following a course charted by another).

I notice a lot of women in their 20s-30s dating way below their means, like 4/10 guys with 7/10 girls. The only rational I could come up with is security, they know they own that guy is going to be loyal. Our philosophy teacher once told us when she's teaching us the philosophy of LOVE she said along the line. "Love starts with atraction and ends with attraction, if you're not attracted to her you won't approach her, if she's not attracted to you she won't let you approach her" That line stuck in my head. BTW, I love this channel so much it open my eyes to reality, back when I was red pilled I really thought I can outwork attraction cuz thats how the redpill community tells me but now I know the truth. It's become so normal for me to be rejected by women/girls all the time since middle school that now in my fifties, I suffer major panic attacks and become very aggressively defensive whenever any women shows interest in me. I will not allow any women to come close to me at all. Sadly, this is what I've become and its too bad for the honest woman who wanted to be with me. I just can't do it............

I agree with nearly everything except point 2 when you used divorce as the explanation why Neil Strauss was not a real counterexample. It is easy to find examples of beautiful couples who have divorced soon after they married. The quote by Neil Strauss about not speaking negatively about the mother of your child when your child is around is fundamental parenting/co-parenting advice to give the child a happy, caring environment where they don't feel like they have to take sides. It doesn't prove anything about the power dynamic during his relationship. Neil has said in interviews that the relationship with his parents was troublesome so it seems he is trying to parent his child the right way. Your stuff is good but please be fair and balanced too.

Add another one: closeted lesbian. In highschool we had an attractive girl date a 4/10 guy (who I always thought looked way too feminine - long hair, feminine face, skinny, short). A few years after breaking up with him she came out as a lesbian. Rare, but happens too. Either they don’t realize it about themselves yet and pick those subconsciously, or it’s “practice” before moving on to the real thing lol

To be honest, I'm like 4/10 in my bad days and 5/10 when I actually care about how do I look. Does it bother me? Not really. I just don't care. I've managed to claim my place in society and I'm not being used by any woman or man. Partner relationships are not everything you should care about. Eventually you will be able to find somebody that truly loves you.
