#4 is not a Gallagher Fragrance as notated, it’s Ashton’s “brand” Galleria Parfums just for those who can’t find it by searching for it. George is normally spot on, he must have mixed up the non alcoholic beer with an IPA :)
@@vermilliontoaster3063 That’s what he said, but it’s probably more like he was approached by Navitus and he wanted to differentiate himself from the others, so he asked if he could have his “own line”. Speculation, obviously. Would also explain why they were slightly higher than the Navitus frags.
You keep saying that Spicebomb Extreme is discontinued. What makes you think that it is? I still see it widely available and prices are stable both on retail and discount websites.
Thanks for keeping the names on the screen! BTW I wear Royal Oud to bed sometimes because I love it so much. It is a special fragrance and expensive but I wear fragrances any time I want regardless of season, temperature, occasion etc
Correct, he put Gallagher when in fact it is Navitus. He also said Spicebomb Extreme was Emporio Armani Stronger With You. Lol. He must be a bit spacey
George, I'm stoked you're enjoying MIB as much as you are. Of the 50 or so winter frags I've tried over the last couple years, it has been tough to beat. If you ever get a chance, try Man Black Orient - it takes MIB to the next level! Thanks for the content!
Club De Nuit Milestone/MI. I find the fruit relaxing. Lalique Hommage L'Homme, the violet is very gentle in this one, it's a soft, blissful scent. Baccarat Rouge 540. A small dab of Mancera Black to Black as the rose is great in this one. Versace The Dreamer, the herbal burning leaves and tobacco work very well as a calming scent. Montblanc Individuel as it's a bit like drier fresh laundry.
fragrances today have horrid performance unless you go for hermes/tom ford level of pricing! altough i just got the armany intensely and yeah it's a hit!!!!
Would love to hear your thoughts on Tom Ford Noir Extreme! It's my favorite heavier/darker fragrance and feel like it's one you'd enjoy but haven't seen you mention it before.
Man In Black is fantastic. It appears that the official website changed the notes that are listed. I am pretty sure that when I checked it a few years ago it said there was tobacco featured in the fragrance. Now it just says “spices.”
Didn't realize there was soo much drama from a fragrance brand what's wrong with Navitus now? Are people upset that businesses are usually backed by people or other businesses with money?..This is how the world works...yes Metallica sold out....because they are 60 and poor...Brands sell out to bigger fish because of money.....ART DOES NOT PAY BILLS...it's wonderful to think and expect that nobody would "sell out" but that is not the world or nature of the beast we live in
i was a caveman that neverr wore fragrances just a year and a half ago since i started on this journey i have to say that the fragrance that i love the most out of the 50 ish that i have now is bvlgari man in black.
Thank god lock down was almost over before jeremy fragrance popped up in my recomendations list, i watched and thought what a poser, but intrigued i watched more and then next thing i'm watching loads of reviewers, This has cost me a small fortune,i kid you not, and you george, well, being a fellow brit i have watched and blind bought more from your recomendations than any of the other reviewers on you tube. From zero to 52 fragrances since jan 2022,yes no bull either, the only letdown was the mollinard cuir, your video had me excited and i rushed to buy it,when it came i thought THIS reminds me of an old tobacco tin,all i smell is rolling tobacco, no matter how i look at it thats all i get,and it makes me laugh that i get nothing other than what i said (rolling tobacco), anyway the others have been spot on and sir i thank you for what you do and long may it continue.
I have to say that it’s a bit perverse that I generally quite enjoy seeing your videos but find myself wanting to see you post less frequently now, considering the countdown to the end.
So Arquiste Misfit is like walking through Bricklane in London. As it has vintage shops and everyone there wears long coats and old clothes that look second hand.
Dua* produces a Fahrenheit Clone with the moniker *Vintage* /-Is there hope that this will be the Faux-Fahrenheit and a half that delivers.? -on my third! "Rolex Fragrance" ... Am looking for the best quality replica ad sofa I have been purchasing vintage decants and mixing with the excuse that goes for Fahrenheit Dior these days....
This must have been pushed out quickly. Galleria- Gallagher. Scandal - scandal. Spicebomb swyi. Please George don’t go down the get them out for the sake of it. Your videos are always classy and quality. Unless you are just taking the piss here
My favorite leather fragrance is African leather by Memo. It smells more sophisticated to me vs Ombré leather. Plus you can get Ombré Leather at Sephora so I like having something different.
Noticed you havent mentioned Roja Burlington 1819 in a while George. I just blind bought 2 bottles for $460 AUD in black friday sales, so praying it's still the same 'citrusy millesime imperial'
No offense mate but online I can only see Victorian Tobacco by Galleria Perfumes by Gents Scents not by Navitus which is generally much better received and reviewed which is Steven Redolessence channel. Apologies in advance if my information is incorrect somehow.
@@noseonscent1935 Go to both websites. Same CEO. Based in UAE at the same address. I’ve ordered samples from both sites, got billed by the same company, shipped from the same company.
@@flightgravity7483 fair enough. I do know that both companies have totally different creative directors for whatever that’s worth. Thanks for the informative response.
Straight in there, I like it! Unsure on Ombre Leather if it's anything like Tuscan Leather which I really don't like, smells like a pair of new shoes. Man In Black is awesome. The SWY line is good too but I prefer the original to either flanker. Not
I had Man in Black in my cart last night and didn't get it, instead I went for Wanted by Night. I don't think I will be disappointed with my purchase but I may have been swayed if I saw this video first. Oud Rain will definitely be added as I love mango and Oud.
I do miss the intro but its short and sweet. I have Man in Black and i do love its smell. Somehow it just doesnt seem to perform on me or i just go anosmic to it. I prefer absolutely over intensely but atleast its from the same line. Managed to get a decant of Scandal and do agree its a little dated but definitely classy. Im just not a fan of a misnomer fragrance like Royal Oud coz its cedar oriented but yes its definitely a fine smelling fragrance. Great list George!
I’ve never smelled Tuscan Leather before but I find it interesting that you find Obmré Leather to be the “chilled” version of it. When I was shopping for Ombré Leather I smelled the Parfum version and thought it was the “chilled” version of Ombré Leather.
