great tips! camera shy is indeed one of the reasons why people leave there camera's at home.. i have the same problem but im trying not to think about what other people think about me. at the end of the day.. you are the one with amazing content once u get over that fear.

BTW gps is usefull for auto hyperlapse speed. I tried 15\30x, but auto is the best for my opinion, and its required gps to be turned on.
