The stomach is acidic for a reason. You don't want to alkaline your stomach. If you have heartburn, you have to add more acid. Try apple cider vinegar.
Wrong. When the stomach has too much acid, acid reflux can occur, causing hearttburn. So it has to be made more alkaline. Apple cider vinegar should be used only when the stomach has too LITTLE acid, causing silent reflux - it is NOT a remedy for heartburn.
