This is about Ahaz's unbelief in God. God wanted Ahaz to believe, but Ahaz refused. In Isaiah 7:14 is the prophecy of Jesus' birth by a virgin, and that he would be called God With Us. This prophecy was about 600 years before Jesus' birth. Bible prphecies are always 100% correct without any errors.
