In early 2000s i spinsored my immigrant husband and we got zero visa cards, zero benefits, and paid thousands of dollars. He paid taxes even before being legal. Never got any food or medical. When i had my baby and needed surgery there was no help. Even back then ppl made claims that we got all kinds of money and didnt pay taxes. It was a complete lie... back then.
