@@zspro123 They actually do listen sometimes, after all we're getting updates on features such as GP which has been lacking for a while now, literally sent feedback about that weeks ago
Multiplayer is impossible if you don't have a high end phone, as the frame drops punish you while your opponents continue and get ahead of you effortlessly. Constant frame drops can and will mess with your combos often as well. Battery saving mode does nothing to help.
Bring tracks from mk8 and some sort of battle mode and this will be the definitive Mario kart for me also Nintendo should port this game to switch as a free-to-start game if they don't want to make mk9.
I guess MK8 tracks are impossible to bring back (not yet at least) because of the anti-gravity mechanics - tracks like Royal Raceway or Yoshi Circuit do have MK8 design mainly because the lack of that mechanic. They re-released MK8 possibly to focus more on MK9, a.k.a. Tour. But it would be nice to have switch version that supports cross-save.
I think they used mk7 engine as a base (hence the many mk7 tracks at the start of the game), then ported over the wit's half pipe mechanics. Maybe they can port the mk8 antigravity next.
What they should fix: The coins clip through walls, If you're using a Coin Box which can be very annoying. They also clip to the ground sometimes too, like on the spiral part on Airship Fortress if you're using a Coin Box

@@darkstorm599 Bruh...when using a coin-boxer on AF (GKBO) & I use a coinbox on the spiral, the coins literally go through the freakin' wall for godsake so I can barely get any coins from that if at all, not my own fault, it's the game's fault for not preventing that in the 1st place
They need to disable friendly fire in Team rallies especially when playing against CPUs. It is super annoying when you keep getting hit by your own teammates
Yeah, there's already a little balancing between team members already but it's not as noticeable or relevant, i noticed that CPU drivers from the opposite team are way more aggresive towards you and that if you throw a blue shell it will target the driver of the opposite team that's ahead of the rest, i was wondering how could i get Blue shelled at 3rd or 4th place several times
They should make an option for a much better control scheme: You move based on your finger's position from the kart, not from where you first tapped (it seems to randomly move too). It randomly doesn't turn much for me. At the moment, I can control Mario Kart: Super Circuit on a phone emulator almost flawlessly (other than being able to item trail and drift at the same time), so there's no reason why a game made for mobile should control worse.
I agree, I also think they should, 1. Remove item tickets as collectibles, because everyone knows the exploit to save them, they should just give us one every offline race 2. Bots should be given vanilla names like they are in online multiplayer. Why this hasn't been changed when people have been writing rude and lewd gamer tags from day 1 is just unexplainable to be honest. 3. If collectible item tickets are removed, it frees up a lot of space in the rewards/ gifts and paid packs for different things, like quick tickets, I think there should be much more of those around, it would really help the ACR grinders as thet would be able to grind 5 days earlier - I'm not an ACR player myself but I do care about every single person that plays this game. 4. Get rid of ranked cups and find another weekly event as competition, something more skill based, ranked cups do take an element of skill, but ultimately the best runs rely on the most optimal triple frenzy runs. People that like doing this will still have ACR to get their fix, but ranked cups suck - (completely unbiased opinion as I've probably won around 80% of mine) 5. It would be good to have a challenge with tiered rewards with the top prize at a set plateau. 6. Rank S+6 is boring now, open up the next multiplayer tiers 🔥
About the controls, they really need to fix accidental item use. You have to be so careful while steering or away goes your item. The cpu player name thing doesn't matter anymore. You can only play on all tracks in friend mode? Bad idea I also disagree with the item slot thing you said.
I want an update where you can toggle between having the score on and off. Sometimes in multiplayer, instead of trying to win, I try to get the best score and its kind of annoying
I want them to fix the rank cup, because god damn it is so frustrating that I try so hard to get the highest score I can't move up the rank not even one rank up, I at least want a fighting chance to get to the highest rank anything will do
I personally would love to see an online mode, where getting first is the only thing that matters. It kinda sucks to me, how in online mode you're still just trying to get points. I would love to see a ranking-system like in the newer Mario Kart games.
First IS the only thing that matters, points are just additional Besides, there’s a competitive community that uses friend rooms to hold competitive races that only focus on placement and nothing else, have clan wars, mogi lounge and mkt is even in this years World Cup along with Wii and 8Deluxe.

Instead of 40$ for 2 things you'll barely use in the game, they should either make it 10$ or give us 4 high ends, 4 karts, and 4 gliders for 40$ They should also make it 20 rubies for 10 items and not 45 rubies tbh

Characters variants not being treated as alternative should be fixed because it makes difficult to classify some of them as such (e.g : Ice Mario because he shares the same animations as Metal Mario, but his voice clips are the same as Mario's, albeit with harsher reverbs, and he has his own self-named cup). This issue is also present in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, with Tanooki Mario and Cat Peach not being treated as alternative to Mario and Peach, respectively. Some characters have yet to be playable in this app : Paratroopa, Petey Piranha, Honey queen, Wiggler, Tanooki Mario and the non-Mario characters.
I think there's the need to add a pity system to the gacha element. Now High end are mostly common, so why we should get so few in every pipes? And the fact that you can empty half the pipe and still having the chance of not pulling an HE is disgusting for me. I rarely pulled because i need to wait 8 months in order to empty a full pipe with all High Ends. Like to add a way of obtaining at least an high end every 15-20 pulls or so, so it doesn't go to waste. I hope someone agree with this
Pokémon Masters already has a similar feature. If you pull on a banner enough times, you’re given a free scout of ANY sync pair you want. Including the featured one if you felt so inclined. Now Masters doesn’t have a limit to how many times you can pull that I know of (tapping the odds just shows the base odds before pulling), and if that’s the case, idk how that would be implemented to Tour. Wouldn’t make sense if it was to drain the pipe, as you’d have the spotlights by then.
3 issues I have: 1) When I play in a course where I don’t have a frenzy character, the game pairs me with players who DO get frenzies, making it unfair 2) In tier challenges, the game should pair me with people who have the same characters with the same points and the same levels as me so I won’t compete with overpowered punks 3) They should do a thing where you watch an ad to get a limited amount of rubies daily, like other games such as Jetpack Joyride.
Don’t think they’d have a countdown between combos because Nintendo does not like to be transparent with its customers because I experience a lot of combo drops and weak spots drops on tracks when not enough time has elapsed I love the idea though! Another thought is don’t you hate it when you get a frenzy and you cross the finish line you feel like you’re not getting the full bonus of that frenzy or the experience of having a banana frenzy before the finish line placing bananas all behind you once you cross the finish line you don’t get any points shouldn’t the game wait until everybody crosses the finish line then you can get extra points from the other drivers hitting your items?

High End characters with terrible coverage (Pirate Bowser Jr, Luigi’s Mansion King Boo, Party Time Toad, and several others) deserve a buff. When pitted against coin box characters in ranked there’s just very little way to outscore them.
If you wanna disable ranked cup,I think they would just gift you 15-25 rubies each week,10 item tickets and 2k coins.If you get more than 30k points in the cup,you can also get the free super driver that sometime happens if you get a high ranking.
One thing I would also like this game to have fixed is not having cpus specifically target human players. What I mean is usually when I play through all the cups, it's increasingly frustrating how cpus more so aim to attack you the player, with their items more than the other cpus. This definitely makes it feel more unfair considering it's like having 7 other racers against only you. Yes the cpus do attack other cpus occasionally, but it's usually when you are in 7th or 8th place. When you are closer to them, they will do things such as holding a Super Horn as long as possible until you get close enough to them so they can hit you with it. I know this because the cpu with the Super Horn won't even bother using it around other cpus unless you get close enough for them to hit you. They won't even use a Super Horn on a Blue Shell to destroy it if they happen to be in first with one. My point is, I much rather have the cpus function more like Mario Kart 8 Deluxe than how they do in Mario Kart Tour.
They should put in a ruby pipe to pull for coins. Much like the pipes using rubies, there'd be a ruby pipe that you can pull using coins. 5 coins for the least amount of rubies, and 45 coins for the most amount of rubies. Or something like that. It'd be very helpful.
Also the other things that need to be fixed and added to this game is: Add Tire Customization: Be nice to see different karts with different tires, and makes some look hot and astheticly pleasing too Add Bikes and ATVs: Where are they, it's just strange that they're nowhere to be found, they need to be put in at once to pace the game up a little bit Remove fake hit animations completely and lag trails: Not as bad as deluxe but be nice if they were fixed completely Remove smart-bounce items: still annoying to deal with, especially hitting you out of nowhere too Add more control movements like Turn around, break, break-drift, drive backwards: Weird how this MK game doesn't have these yet most do. Hopefully they can be fixed Make 200cc accessable for free without having to buy gold pass or play in hacked rooms: It would be great and a nice save of money and more accessable for F2P accounts too. Make wall dodging alot easier: It can make avoiding reds far more easier like in Wii Buff the Mega Musroom: Nice it's back but it's way too underpowerd and one simple touch or hit and it shrinks you within seconds and plus it's too slow and doesn't drive fast off-road as perfectly either. Please fix this too. Fix the probabillities of unlocking Characters, Karts and Gliders: Raise them higher so it can be quite simple to do without draining too much hard earned rubies you've spended on. Add Battle Mode: This and MK8WIIU are the only ones that don't have a proper battle mode but i hope it can be added eventually with lots of new and old ones like in wii with a total of 12 like in that game. Make Blue Shells fly again: It will be nice to see since it's just annoying that blues still fly on the ground like they do in 7 and 8 because your still forced to move out of the way (Unless you got a power item like star) and it can waste too much time and slim the chance of you coming back too and can destroy your races too thus causing you to loose too. So yeah, these are the things i want to see be added and fixed. Hope everyone agrees with me on this.
I wish they fix the controls overall soon, i've adapted to the portrait mode controls and they're almost perfect already but sometimes, i don't know why, maybe because tapping the screen too fast causes it, the controls outright stop responding for a few seconds, no way to turn, use items or anything, and it happens randomly, its really annoying
The cubes you pick up for items in track is not random. It's based on what position you are on. That will depend what item you get which is dumb. If you start the match and stay on 8th place in beginning you will always get mushrooms no matter what. If you use ticket to get item in beginning of match you'll get a blank item and notice you'll tend to take an L if you use the tickets. Try it out and you'll start noticing the pattern. You are not much in control. The game feel as if it wants you to keep repeating the track. I've been playing Mario karts since Nintendo 64 and it's never felt like this. If you were in first place the odds of you staying in first were high percentage but you still had a chance to get 2nd 3rd. This game you'll go from 1st to dead last. It just feels the game wants to frustrate you to keep trying and stay on the game longer.
Controlling your kart is my biggest problem for most Mario kart games especially after the wii version. They sacrifice technique for more player accessibility, and skill balance for the game. But what they don’t realize is that these easy restrictive controls makes it too easy to screw up which I hate most. I much prefer slippery like controls to preform U-turn techniques to save myself from falling into a ditch or off-road hazards. Unfortunately easy controls with timing drift misjudgment is the perfect formula for a newbie player to win which I consider to be cheap and effortless on Nintendo part.
The game needs a better multiplayer matching system ASAP because it's ruining the fun, more standard challenges and better pipe odds. Other things that would be nice are new characters and courses and a little more sophistication and subtlety from the computer within races, the game can seem very forced.. like you were supposed to lose before the race even started. LAZY Nintendo, your a gigantic company.. put more into your products!
Some things I've already asked: We should be able to change normal level-boost and points-cap tickets for super and high-end ones, like spending 3 normal for a super ticket and 3 super tickets for a HE ticket: Gold Pass should give us an extra all-clear gold pipe; Tier Shop should have slots for tier 55, 60, 65 and 70;
At this point they could make a version for Nintendo Switch. The game can already be played in landscape, so why not? Also at least for me it would be a less anxious experience than always having it on my mobile
One comment about the prices of the rupies, they use the exact same values (form Rupies and prices) as Fire Emblem Heroes (3 Rupies/Orbs cost 2 dlls) and don't remember about other games like Dr. Mario

It's because of MKT that I'm making a game. It's different, not a kart game but still is a race with items and each character has a special item like Double Dash. Without gacha (but with microtransactions, because I need to get some cashback, sorry) and without being pay to win (in Tour, when you compete online with people who has upgraded special items or has characters with triple slots and you don't - because you didn't have luck spending all your rubies on that specific pipe for a character or item you really wanted - for me its really unfair). I think gacha and pay to win walk together in a multiplayer competitive game, so I won't add any of these features. A competitive game needs to be equal to everyone to be both challenging and fun. It's been one year since I started this project, I'm strugling to expand because of the many things I have to do + work, but I'm having a great time while developing/playing. It still has only 6 racetracks (yes, that really sucks, but for me it's so hard to make new tracks that looks fun to play. My creativity is... a bit limited and today I don't have many time since I started this project to add more things on it, unfortunatly because I'm working now). Not a super game made by a big AAA company, but I'm putting all of my effort and love in my free time and I'm having so much fun making this game. I hope I can really release it in a close future, sometimes I have problems with selfconfidence, but I will release. And I want to be as close as possible to the comunity. Sorry if you reached here, I'm just bored at work watching this video and reading the comments of people giving really cool feedbacks that, if you really know Nintendo, will not do in MKT... Atleast I spent a great time typing this and it's almost time to go home.
When I play multiplayer with teams I am still racing to win and like that I can hit my team mates. It may take more hits, but I like that I can eventually put them down. I wish there was better grouping on multi so I could player with more players of a high rank
Sonething they desparately need to fix is the AI blatantly cheating. They will purposrfully swerve in front of you to make you unable to avoid their dragged items, are stupidly accurate with Bananas, Green Shells, Bob-Ombs, etc., rubber banding, always able to counter your items even when they have no items, etc. It's legitimately rage inducing and makes players quit and uninstall the game due to the blatant cheating.
I definitely agree! For more laps, SNES Ghost Valley 1 is definitely too short for only two laps. (Not for a high-score, I mean). For "CPU" names, I don't get why they do that. They appear as the actual drivers' names in Auto Mode. I'm tired of seeing FastB*tch and other inappropriate usernames for, once again, COMPUTER DRIVERS!
They also need to fix the physics a little. Best examples I can think of are Maple Treeway and DK Summit halfpipes, which can fling you the wrong way if going for a special (happens more often on MT). Off-road also needs a little tweak, as it can be abused by hopping. That glider cut on Dino Dino Jungle? Hop abuse. That big sand cut on Mario Circuit 2? More hop abuse.
Fun, but still needs change. The only thing that can cancel the hop abuse outside of stopping the hop is to hit an invisible wall. Tried hop abusing MC3 to no avail last tour due to that.
I don't know how controller support would work with a mobile game like tour, I know the joy cons are blue tooth and can hook up with android phones but Idk if it would be a good idea. I also don't mind the controls for portrait mode, I find them fine but that's just me
If they didn't want to implement controller support, joypad + item UI needs to be there (and drift button for those using gyro). I came back to Real Racing 3 as it's still as I remembered back then. Despite the assists are there and I set it to minimal, the controls are solid and smoother than MKT. Do note that Real Racing 3 is published by EA, the greediest game company yea.
No absolutely not there is no need for Controller support it's a MOBILE GAME plus alot of stuff what you said is to over complicated it's not a console game like Mario kart 8
They should add mirrored tracks to Mario Kart Tour. It’s strange how one of the biggest staples of the Mario Kart series is completely absent from this game.
