If you’ve been sitting for a long time, this is the Stretch Class to do! In it, I focused on opening up the hip flexors and chest and got into the hamstrings a bit as well. It’s only eight minutes long but you’ll feel so good afterwards!
I love these short yoga sessions. As a mom with a toddler I don’t get much time for exercise, especially since my partner works such erratic shifts and my child rises early and goes to sleep around 9. Makes me feel like I’m at least doing something when I can do a short session.
That was the first time I’ve ever done that little back bend without feeling pinching through my lower back. The tailbone tuck + chest lift was so helpful
