Do you have 8 minutes? This video will show and demonstrate a less than an 8-minute workout you can do at home or at your martial art school. We will be doing 8 different ab/core workouts, 45 seconds work with 15 seconds rest.
8 workouts
1) Crunches
2) Leg Lifts
3) Leg Hold
4) Toe Touch
5) Paddle Kicks
6) Side to side Paddle Kicks
7) Side to side Ankle Touch
8) Elbow Down Planks
