I love these updates Jackson is such a happy baby. That walker is his freedom, he has taken over! Sometimes I wish I had the power to watch my children literally grow. It feels like every time I blink they've achieved another milestone. I now believe when people tell me they grow so fast. You are doing an amazing job with the boys.
"He is still very long" made me laugh, haha! So cute!! I have an 18 month old so I loved this reminder of what an 8 month old is like. Makes me want another :)

I really enjoy these updates. My daughter is 8 months tomorrow and has always been a few weeks behind Jackson, but she's been doing the arm crawl for 4 weeks now, last week she started the proper crawl and learned to sit up and yesterday she stood up! It's both so fun and scary at the same time, she has already fallen a few times.
I would be very interested in seeing a baby proofing video and the products you use! I love watching your videos your kids are adorable and I love your family's accents (its especially adorable on the kids)
My baby is 7 n half months old and i always watch all ur videos especially d updates on little Jackson..they r so so so similar..every time I watch Jackson's updates i feel like i knw what's coming n i feel so satisfied seeing that my son is doing okay..being a first time mom I'm so doubtful of myself at times..u r a wonderful mother Emily..i look up to u so much❤️
My daughter is Jacksons age. Although she doesn't want to move, she is a little chatterbox. She is also going through separation anxiety and because I have to go back to work soon we're slowly integrating her into playgroup. It's one of the hardest things as a Mama. I don't remember it being this though with my son although my work colleagues reminded me of the many days I was in tears at my desk. Congratulations on being able to leave your day job. I love your channel, you work so hard. And now you're beautiful boys we be able to have the Mum with them all the time.

Oh he's so lovely! My baby turns 8 months tomorrow and doing very similar things apart from he's not crawling yet which I really don't mind! The walkers are brilliant aren't they, makes me laugh how they can just zoom around! Really look forward to 'baby proof' video xx
My God! When you said 'i am enjoying him so much' you reminded me that times flies so fast and we need to just soak every little moment before they are completely grown up. Great update! My little one is just a couple weeks behind so I love seeing these. Her bottom two teeth are just starting to pop through. I also have noticed she says mama when she needs something and dada when she is happy and playful. So precious!

OMG, this is such a cute video. i personally think the separation anxiety could be coming from the breastfeeding...just talking from my own personal experience as i have 1 year old and i am still breastfeeding and after around he was 8 months he wouldn't go to other people and start crying when i leave him with others. And totally opposite with my first born, he wasn't breastfeed and he was so easy going with anyone lol. thanks for uploading xxx i can relate so much to this video 💖
Baby proofing video? YES! We are moving now with our little girl into a new place. She's only 4 months so we do not need to think of this right now, but for the future it would be good to know. Aditi Gangopadhyay Biswas I breastfeed and I gave a nuk and a raspberry gummy pacifier (Walmart) at 4 months due to teething because he was to Little to hold onto thing. He never took to sucking them just chewing. After 6 months it's not recommend because it causes internal ear infections. so only for me sometimes during nap or bedtime. So the gummy raspberry(looks like a pacifier) but not, banana, bacon, waffle are great silcone soft. Walmart has a section. hope this helps

My son is a couple weeks younger than Jackson and I've learned a lot about motherhood from watching your videos. I'm so scared of baby led weaning, but notice that you're so calm when Jackson eats a pirce of toast or cheese string etc... any tips? Have you ever been concerned about choking?
Hi Mina - I certainly understand your concern! I did a workshop on it to learn all the ins and outs and one thing they said is that a baby's gag reflex is very sensitive, so it rarely happens. That said, of course I watch him very closely! xx
Our babies are only a month apart. She's only just started crawling though, she seems to be a bit slower than my boys were. They were flying around by now. I call playing strange when they cry when a stranger talks to them. Mine seem to do it with people they haven't seen in a while too and men with really deep voices have made all mine cry. poor baba

Me and my sister loved being held upside-down for years, my dad apparently did this to us when we where fussing a lot with the logic that "You have been right side up too long!" I think that it worked with us till we became five-ish or too big to be held.

My son will be 8 months old next Tuesday and I really love to compare him with Jackson! Sometimes I get a bit worried because my son seems to be on the slower side. He just started rolling over and still has no teeth. But I know every baby is different :) xx

I just watched this again because Cody is 8 months now. Cody started suffering from separation anxiety this week he crys everytime I leave the room now. Cody waa sleeping well but a month ago he started waking 3 to 4 times a night. I'm so so tired I need sleep. I really don't know why he is waking xx

Love these vids as our boys are close in age, (mine will be 8 months on Sunday) it's nice to see the differences but to be honest they are quite similar development wise! Mine is in to everything and properly crawling that we have had to buy a playpen! He absolutely hates it as he has separation anxiety too and always wants Mama! I feel sorry for my little girl with all the crying. I wish he would sit like Jackson and play with his toys nicely!! x
