Another one, a random moment block (mostly if a helicopter landed on the road 😵) the route. while the time remaining is being shorter and then if we choose the other route, the time isn't enough 😵, that makes we late to arrive.
For the keyboard thing i suggest you to use mouse steering. Yeah it doesnt make you feel like using a steering wheel but it is accurate enough to make your experience a 1000000x better than a keyboard
I completely agree, it changed the whole game for me. Then I remembered I had an Xbox controller and it got even better when I started using it. I intend on getting an actual wheel with pedals soon though.
@@Ecstasy_gg I think it depends on how comfortable you feel with the input, so that depends on you. But I'd say controller because you can adjust the smoothness of the turn and, most importantly, the buttons assigned on the controller allow you to control the amount of power you put into acceleration and braking. On keyboard it's just max acceleration and braking when you press W and S unless you tap them, which is not that great. I never was a controller guy and it took me a while to adjust (I'm not even fully used to it yet being a mouse and keyboard guy all my life) but it's worth it for the extra control.
I feel good with keybord driving, using a keybord don't seems realistic but it's way more affordable for people and it's not that bad. Using a keybord can also "improves your reflexes" because you can't adjust the force you brake or accelerate or turn, you have to forsee what will happen so you have to make decision ahead of time.
@@vutomy it sure was for me, the cheapest one money could buy, bow I could buy one of the most expensive ones every traffic light and still retire early lol Once you try the other brands the Iveco is never what it once was.
If you get used to it, the keyboard steering is not that bad. You have to press and release the keys very quickly, so it trains your reflex. You can't turn the wheels all the way to the side very fast, so it might be a pain.
I've used to play like that since 2014 and now when I discovered that you can swap to mouse steering I felt so much better, the game became somewhat else.
And again... What is your problem with iveco stralis bro. Accually, did you know it can have more than 210hp??? Even up to 500+hp. Why do you hate it??
Thats all true but, I have steering wheel and sometimes especially at night I dont have energy or desire to drive with steering wheel, and keyboard is not that bad
@@vutomy I hate driving without changing camera I just make crashes without looking at mirror. And driving with steering wheel while changing camera with mouse is uncomfortable
You can buy satnav that fits onto the window in every truck , but I think you that you need the tunning pack. And I'm quite sure that Stralis have built-in satnav on the optional interior. But yes , it's not very enjoyable to drive it even with light cargoes. And if for most trucks I go with the windows fully opened , with this I close them because it sounds awful.
I bought several Iveco Stralis for my fellow drivers since it has the lowest price, and when I am still in the early stages of building my company. As for myself, I hate its design and yeah ... the sound is very ear-aching to hear 😁. I use basic models (cheapest) of MAN, Volvo, and Scania as a first truck for some of my profiles. The very challenging playing mode is when you take freight market jobs with very urgent scenario, very long distance (more than 3,000 kms), using ferries, with fatigue mode on. Time management is something like pain in the azz in this case lol, not to mention how to plan your resting points.
Well, I've mastered steering with a mouse, and use the keyboard to do the rest of the functions, if you have a good mouse (corsair, razer, logitech, redragon..),and a trusty mouse pad, you can pull that off and drive almost as smoothly as if you had a steering wheel kit
Thought I have very bad conditions, but I'm playing on PC with 32GB RAM and GTX1660 GPU on 90FPS. I don't know CPU. I play with Logitech G29, so that's great (but the more game updates are coming, I still think that I need more buttons). Yes, the Iveco is trash. I had 200,000€ job, 5km from the destination I damaged it, so it was only for 75,000€. For me, the 2012 were something unbelievable, when I started playing. But these days it looks like a game for low end phone. At the begining I played with keyboard, than I borrowed Logitech G25, it was great, than I returned it and bought G29.
I play ETS2 with an Xbox One controller and I enjoy every bit of it, the steering is really realistic and accurate with the stick and acceleration and braking as well with the triggers, I would say not having a steering wheel is not that bad, but playing it with keyboard is a nightmare I could never go back to that, I tried also steering with the mouse and it can never match the comfort of a high end controller.
I laughed hard at the dozing, I forgot about it totally, because of work I haven't immersed in the game for a long time and that used to happen to me a lot.
most painful thing ever happened to me is the total missing possibility to make interior cam move in any way, even reinstalling game didnt workout. i just got used to play it in vr now
without promods, its like ets2 is not completed, when i saw promods i buyed all off the dlcs at once thank god that the sale is going on in that moment
02:53 Well.. I got no shame. I have ATS and all the map DLC, but pirated ET2. My rent is more than half my income, I happily pirate and be restricted to singleplayer only.
@@johnstevensonsotelo3160 most trucks in Europe are automatic, thus a controller does the job. If you have a manual truck, you can still use the Automatic option in settings even though it’s not really realistic
I dont have the money to ger a steering wheel, also keyboard is just fine, in other games your vehicle steers 100% with one click, in ets2 atleast its progressive
When i was almost finished the delivery, And i turn left very carefully. A random Car NPC crash my truck and it cause 15% Truck damage Trailer 6% package 1%. I only have 20-30 km to arrive
My most bad luck ofcourse is that second one because I have low end PC of DDR3 and bad quality processor which is which may be major reason to lag in some locations Example austria, spain, northern Western Germany and few places in south Germany (Frankfurt and Nuremberg) My most nightmare experience was in Kragenfurt am Worthese where game Freezed massively during delivering an bulldozer😢 Another nightmare was delivery to spain from Turkey This was 4273km delivery from Tekirdag Turkey to Cordoba Spain but I set an location which was 4515km mean 242km more main purpose was to skip Austria so that my game run smooth but ended sadly because after 890km my truck was crashing on rallings and I got scammed in toll plaza in spain because it was totally different from other toll plaza only one place I could access😢 so first I saw during starting game that it was crash I taken the oldest time when I keep my truck in Tekirdag again taken same route this time I faced accident on just 690km before Cordoba during overtaking an truck I got crashed on Ralling which led to crash another truck on road so I towed the truck to nearby garage delivery it till few km around 150 or 160km may be my truck again crash because of lag even I was drive slow around 60km/h because My game got crashed an steering got out of control in frustration I cancelled the job and return back to London🥲 but I have dared to go their for test running but my last attempt was successful to give long journey delivery because this time I taken an Delivery from Malaga to Tempere it was 4068km but I set 4893km gps including Prague my hospital city for truck because I usually crash my truck bit during delivery so I repair it from their and I included Wroclaw,Krakow,Warsaw, Vilnius ,Kaunas,Riga,Tallinn but before that I got scammed on route because I taken an wrong route which led to journey of extra 500km which chewed my time so forcefully I have to remove Vilnius route from route map overall my nightmare was these route whole Spain,Austria,Germany too.
Try using a buggy map mod, that will crash and force you to roll back 12 hours of game time to the last auto save that wasn't depending on that fckng mod.
i suffered number 2 before, now i have a 16gb ram with nvidia geforce gtx 1070 and other gaming processors that support the 16gb ram. i do not have extreme lag anymore, even on ultra graphics. i did number 3, the truck is so weak so i opted to driving all other trucks available in the game. i had to suffer number 5 cause i didnt have a steering wheel, let's just say it wasn't a great experience, now i have a logitech g920 with a shifter and its better than the keyboard. it cost like £200+, i cant remember the exact price cause i got it last year. i did have a pxn v9, but some time later i had steering issues, and i had to take it back to amazon for a refund, so i had to go back to using the keyboard. i obviously did number 6.
My badluck is country austria (specially Kragenfurt), Hamburg, rostocks here my game always crash sometimes it takes long time to make the game movable and my cargo sometimes damages because I do mistakes during overspeeding and I never maintain speedlimit cargo damage is caused if I takes scania and have made 1million dollars using VOLVO FH its my game changer truck which gives me huge amount money provide me 7driver and 7truck and one 3lakh euro scania and its one of the best and easy truck using which I could deliver item very quickly and I drive atleast around 100-121km/h in double lane and 149km/h using volvo fh 750hp or 158km/h using scania 730hp on triple lane I deliver cargo like this and my fastest delivery was 1799km in 30hours 2minutes and second fastest delivery is 1801km in 31hours 2minutes in second most fastest drive I only faced bit crashes on truck from back no cargo damage in second fastest delivery and in fastest delivery I have 1% damage in cargo
I really think the iveco stralis thing is an overrated as hell. I actually like driving one. Granted the vanilla sound is a bit crappy but the truck itself is actually quite all right. Granted the hi way is better but the stralis is still manageable.
@@vutomy Looking forward to it. I mean it´s really not bad, just upgrade the engine and transmission and you are fine. Currently driving a man tgx gx with a 470hp engine and it works great, the iveco has similar engine options. Always felt that the sweetspot of engine choices is around 500. Specially on 4x2. The higher engines are reserved for 6x4/8x4 to haul overweight stuff. The stralis exclusive interior also has a gps.
I agree with most of things but not with playing without promods....I am playing only official map dlcs, I tried promods once and it was great but downloading it and updating takes a lot of time and I simply dont have it. The scs map with all dlcs is great, and the real pain is when you cant afford dlcs and playing only in the main map with i belive part of poland, germany and gb only....
No1 is the thing which happens with me several times because I drive so fast and sometimes my truck goes to 157km/h but in turning point its biggest reason for my accident specially if I carry scania but I only trust Scania,Volvo, Mercedes Benz except that I have no trust on other brands truck among these for safe and fast driving volvo is more better than scania it has massive grip agreed it's can't cross 150km/h but offcourse it could go to maximum 149km/h only volvo has that power to deliver all goods without damage even driving fast but I drive scania for getting extra 10km/h more fast all speed I mention including close box container trailer
I have a 5 year old laptop all settings are on high an still doesn't lag have promods and russia to moscow and also where did you drive in the promods section?
I dont know how to install promods beacuse I cant find any on steam workshop and everytime I run the game with any mod if sends me like at the start of the game again. It looks so fun but idk how to get it
Playing without rain and pro mod si not painful i think that it was very stupid to put that here sorry but playing without mods is still pretty good and it will be fun even without mods
