"These foods are not inherently oxygen rich". Thank you , sir, for a truism. The foods you mention and the nutrients they bring enhance the oxygen balance in the body. In other words, they are nutrient-rich while not being huge oxygen-demanders for metabolism.

I recently stopped using my inhaler because the side effects are very serious.i genuinely thought I had bladder cancer and my anxiety was high I happened to read the side effects and got a shock I'm struggling to breathe but am sleeping through

i had asthma and difficulty breathing with some wheezing.......i kid you not ..... i ate a kiwi and felt like i could breathe better.... i didnt have 2 use my Ventolin inhaler...that was surprising to me!

Avocados do not contain B12. Only animal proteins contain B12.

Huh? Vitamin B12 in Avocados? Are you sure? You might want to double check that one. Most sources say Avocados don’t contain any B12 at all. Some others say they contain tiny trace amounts. It would be a big mistake to think you’re getting enough B12 by eating Avocados. You can do permanent neurological damage by having a B12 deficiency for just 6 months!

i didnt think it had b12 either. i use methylcobalamin 5000 mcg. = 5 mg.

@@daviddowns7552 Good choice. Especially if it’s a sublingual form so it will be readily absorbed even if you have low stomach acid, lack intrinsic factor or don’t have the proper gut flora, all of which are important for absorbing B12. A great book to read is titled ‘Could it be B12?’

@@daviddowns7552 I was very ill from being a strict vegetarian for so many years. I was severely B12 deficient for a very long time. Once I was definitively diagnosed through lab work after seeing an alternative medicine doctor and giving myself B12 injections for a very long time and then switching over to using sublingual forms of Methylcobalamin B12 I started feeling a lot better, normal again. My energy returned and the ability to focus and concentrate also. You can end up being very weak and spaced out with a B12 deficiency. I learned a tremendous amount from that book which you can find on Amazon.
