If you want to complete the story mode 💯 you'll need to find these items,some of them will help you with Arthur's stamina and... But don't sell them just keep them in your inventory if you want some cool items because they aren't worth selling.
Statues, meteorites and things like that can be sold for cash. I keep them as Arthur so when John inherits them and you finally get free roam as him in Epilogue 2 he can sell them for cash, You can also keep them if you want some unique items,and you will need'em if you want to complete the story mode 💯
