After nearly 600 miles behind the wheel of my 2019 Polaris RS1, here are the top 8 reasons I love this single seat UTV. My review includes several not-so-obvious aspects of the industry's only mass produced single seat performance UTV.

I just picked up a 2019 rs1 for $9,000 and I wouldn’t trade it for a $20,000 sxs. It’s the best set up made!!!

I love my RS1. Most fun vehicle, 2 wheels or 4, that I have ever owned.

To add to your likes, I have a 2018 RS1 and found a location to store a spare belt. I don't know what it was for but it works great. behind the drivers seat up on the inside the roof there are 2 tab in front of the air intake ducting. Also there are specific tie down points built into the RS1. The information is in the owners manual. I don't use them anymore as I've gone to straps that hold the tires down to my trailer.

I ride mostly the Florence county trails since I'm from Iron Mtn. Got myself an RS1 last march. Love it.

Yeah the RS1 is pretty neat, you got a great deal on yours with all those accessories you got with it. $14,999 plus all the dealer fees and tax and registration jacks it up to around $19,000 out the door here in Southern Cal.

Contemplating selling my 2021 Yamaha Wolverine to buy one of these.

I absolutely love mine!! I have the same roof. Yours looks like it's missing the mounts on the front. My roof is rock solid like a metal one..

Thanks for the comment. I have roof mounts in the front that go to the main roll cage hoops. There are not any "unused" holes in the roof so unless it would be necessary to drill holes into the roof for additional mounts that the prior owner didn't use, I think it has the mounts that it is intended to have.

Great video! I just discovered these. I was torn between another atv or utv and this is perfect.

Wish I could try one. I’m currently having arm issues that are making it painful to ride my outlander with the guys. We ride pretty hard. I prefer riding quads as apposed to side by sides. From what I hear this machine would be a good compromise.

Thanks for the video. I am thinking of getting one. can you do a video comparing the Ace and the RS1?

I don't have a video comparing the RS1 and ACE but, other than both being single seat UTVs, they don't have much in common. They are both very fun in their own right but with more than double the suspension and 2.5x the HP, the RS1 is much faster and more plush. My wife loves her ACE and says the RS1 is simply too big / too much for her. I feel cramped in her ACE but it is fun to drive. ACE is based on a Sportman ATV chassis and the RS1 is based on a RZR so they have very different DNA. For riding under 30mph and tighter woods trails, the ACE outdoes the RS1 in terms of agility. If I was hunting or putting around in my own woods, I'd take the ACE. For trail riding I much prefer the RS1.

Do u think fender flares would be a good buy or put the money somewhere else to protect from mud and scratches from rocks? Just bought this machine and I ride Wisconsin trails too.

Still going strong? I'm looking for a used one and I have concerns about reliability.

Nice review. I’m 6’4”. Think I’d fit in it well? I’m with you. I hate banging my knees on stuff.

sorry for the late reply - I'm 6' 2" and have a lot of room everywhere - you'll be fine at 6' 4".
