With the string one, use acrylic paint with some water it’ll be more pigmented and you can use different colors

@@TheMeghan99 you could use 2:1 or 1:2 depending on how thick you want it (I reccomend 1:2)

Dont por epoxy on a canvas. Canvas is a fabric and flexible. Epoxy will get hard and brittle, so if you push on the canvas to hard once dry the epoxy will break. Use a wooden board for better long lasting results

The nail polish flowers also work without the wood glue. You just need to have a bit more patience while running the nail polish brush over the metal to create the petal

Yeah, the wire flowers aren't as simple and easy as that. I've been trying to get that film with the wood glue for the past hour. All it does is keep dripping and breaking the film in the petal centers. Played with different ways and nothing is working.

Christian Allred I’ve done smaller ones before but just used nail polish (no glue) and it worked so you could try that? I think the glue is probably necessary for bigger ones tho

Actually, I tried that today. So far I've tried several sizes, several kinds of glue, a few formulas of nail polish, and I'm not having much of any luck. I got 1 with the film not breaking by pure luck but it was very thick, uneven, and yellow. Painting just made it look thicker.
