8 Things I ACTUALLY LOVE About Forza Horizon 5! 

The photomode is definitely one of the best features in the game. In fact, I started virtual photography because of the amazing features on the photomode. The time of day and weather are easily the best ones. Also can’t forget the tire smoke, so much better than for example FH4.

A cool thing i found with Launch control in fh5 is that if you steer to the left or right wile being in another gear than 1st and initiate launch control you can launch in another gear than first.

photomode in fh5 is something that no other game can top. literally.

To me, eventlab, car packs, and the crazy engine/electric motor swaps really makes it fun. Yeah the updates and bug fixes do bring some extra stuff for us and tries to make the game runnable on its respective platforms. So maybe 1 day when I get a decent running PC and it’s on sale, I might catch up with the game but for now, I can still appreciate the devs still want to make this long lasting.

You really need to do another skit using photomode. I haven't seen anyone else do it and it was soo funny

Well with launch control that came with the game if I'm not mistaken and you did used to have to put it in gear and have your foot on the brake to activate it and about the time of the rally expansion they retweaked it to the way it is now and everyone runs around saying it's much better or saying it's a new edition which in fact it's been in the game since launch and activating it was a bit more realistic if I remember correctly.

Problem with launch control in powerful cars is that it only helps for a second or so after that it's all wheelspin

I gotta be honest, as a purist, I dont like having any weather setting available to change in photo mode, because then there's no more uniqueness to each photo you take in the game. that's why golden hour shots are so valuable, not just because they look great, there's a very specific timing for us to capture it! idk it would make each shot worth more imo

Drag racing overhaul Festival dragstrip freeroam changes Make starting blocks standardized with a staging system. Something similar to head to head when you enter the block you have a few seconds to press X to stage for a race. This will trigger a count down. Each lane gets lights and jumping gets you disqualified. Winning earns you experience and credits. Festival dragstrip event. Add "Tuner's Cup" only original tunes no download tunes to encourage tuning proficiency. Have a class based system for each performance class builds. More "street race" themed drag races in the villages/towns. CLOSE THE CODE! Get rid of cheat software compatibility! They know the max capabilities of every possible car and tune combinations auto ban anyone who exceeds these limits by a set percentage.

To me, Forza Horizon in general is a True Simcade, the perfect blend of Arcade and Sim Physics, there's just nothing else like it out there. Plus all the extra features and you've got lots of options for having fun!

I love engine swaps, but I miss some. For example V8TT for Peel P50 or Trident, Rimac Nevera engine for the little Wuling, but also weird engine swaps like from big engine to smaller, for example swap Bugatti Chiron quad turbo W16 for I4 Rally Turbo engine. Or having Porsche Mission R with little Wulling 27hp engine. I think that would be great.

I play the crew way more than forza but i will say that forza is a really good game. Yes forza does top most "car" games but i feel like it's missing something. Something i think thwy should add is when in event lab, you could change your car without going back to freeroam.

Honestly, forza horizon 5 is literally just forza horizon 4, but in Mexico. Yes there are new features in it, but those features literally could have been put into forza 4 instead of making an entire new game. (Sorry for being such a buzzkill)

So what if some People do not like the Complaints? FH5 is an absolute Stinker, so as a Forza Fan, it is Perfectly Acceptable to hate it and to Complain about it, especially if it leads, hopefully, to PGG doing a Considerably better Job on FH6! The Positives shown here reveal that they still know what they are doing, and just need a Kick up the Bum to get them out of their ongoing Funk due to the Hangover from the Mike Brown Malaise era and make them do the Better Job they are Capable of! Note: I just hope that all the Paid DLC in FH5 is a Sign that FH6 is Dropping the FOMO Playlist Nonsense (as I for one think FOMO should be made illegal!) and is going back to the old model of Straight to Autoshow for Recycled Cars (Even ones added Post Launch, although, without a Playlist to Pad out, any Post Launch Recycling should be because the Car has been Remodelled and no other Reason!) and Paid DLC for New to Forza/New to Horizon Cars.. As Playlist is a Game Ruiner and has to go!

The good features FH5 has right now are: 1. good sounding cars. 2. monthly updates that make the game feel fresh. 3. Car collecting. 4. Photo mode (mostly borrowed and slowed down from TC2/TCM) 5. lack of fun. I know that there is gonna be someone who finds it offensive that I didn't say "everything" in the list of forza does right, but I want this "everyone's a winner" ideology to go away. Forza is a *racing* game. We *race* to *compete* . There is no "participation trophys" and *everyone won* in racing. If you lose, *you lose* . End of. No "Everyone should feel special" or *No hurting others feelings* or whatever garbage modern *RACING* games on gamepass are. (beside burnout paradise. The true GOAT) how to fix this issue: 1. Make the game not for 3 year olds. AKA add mild swearing. Because why not? Add enough swearing to exterminate young kids who make worse looking cars than the current gen alpha speech. 2. Add a fun, interesting, challenging and replay-able progression. Fun, so that people can remember good parts from the story. Interesting so that people can discover lore about the game. Challenging to extract rammers/ Give people a test of skill. Replay-able to give the game many variations to beat the game. Because *no 2 playthroughs are ever the same* . 3. Have a change of pace. Sort of like with point #2, the festival themed racing games is growing. So why not *change* or *get forgotten* ? 4. Pacing needs an overhaul. Don't give us supercars as starter cars. Give us FM4 eco boxes. The Toyota Aygo's, the ford Ka's, the Citroen C1's. Not corvettes. Not Veyrons. Make us *earn* our way to hypercars. Like in that video from this very channel. 5. The season do nothing in FH5. Why? Because people were afraid of white on the ground in FH4. I have lived in the UK for 9 years, and I can tell everyone, that the winters in FH4 were very realistic. Snow was (at times) up to my ankles. Either way, the seasons are effectively useless.... Depending on: 6. *Location! Location! Location. * I'll say it. FH6 shouldn't be in japan. Japan should be the location of the final horizon game. Now, why do I think that Japan should he reserved for the final forza? Simple. Lets say *in this hypothetical situation* for the scenario, FH6 is in japan. It'll go through its life cycle. And eventually, its time to move.... Where? If we cannot go back to japan, then where? Plus, if it's in, idk, Malta of all places, then 85% of the community won't buy FH7 because "it's not in japan" and they will have less sales. No matter if FH6 is horse poo and FH7 is the best game ever, people will choose FH6 because japan. And where should FH6 be set in? Either New zealand, Brazil or South africa. These 3 can do well for a map for FH6. We already got 2 in NA & EU, so why not finish the trio with AU getting a 3rd game. Or we can go to africa to get down 'n' dirty. TL;DR FH6 would be the death of the series if its in Japan and why not do something else. 7. Remove the *eleminator* from forza. End of. It makes the map comepletly unuseable and no point on driving around. 8. Remove fast travel. We should get the thrill of *driving to the destination* and not *watching a premade video file while waiting 30 seconds to the destionation* 9. downsize on the cars. Having 800 cars, but only using 12.5% of them (at most) seems worse than having 300 cars, but bonding with 50% of them. (at least) AKA *connection with cars is better than trying them out for 5 mins* Thats about it of all the things I can think of. These are mostly big ideas and my opinions. If you got offended by #6, then promptly learn that: *it doesn't matter at the end of the day* and nobody knows what FH6 will be.

Launch control although is cool the way they implemented is horrible, it should be a feature of the car or an upgrade of the game, but stead it is a difficultly feature, and you ca have the 1960 bettle with launch control stock, for me it does not make sense, and to make things worse, if you desable no cars will have it, including the cars that come with stock in real life! Drivetars are brainless! Controls are the best in forza that's true! Event labs is great! But its years away to be really good! Even now! Car packs are not a good think! The game os already very expensive!
