Right on Leon! 😃 I've tricked my mind too with smoothies, tea and coffee. I've got my tasty drinks at home that are much healthier and cheaper. Index funds, yes! I recommend them too. 😊
Just my own take: both have had similar returns over the long-term, ETFs are more liquid and traded like stocks but index funds stick to a more buy and hold ethos. If you're disciplined, both are great options
