My best friend bought a new 2005 Ford Explorer. It now has 350,000 miles with original engine in great condition. Doesn't burn oil. Is on its 2nd transmission, yet he hasn't had a car payment in 14 years. Early and frequent maintenance saves big $$.
I can't understand how Volkswagen are still in business, a relative bought a new California and the transmission shat itself before it hit 1000ks/620miles, another friend bought a Jetta and after a month the dealer took the car back and gave him a refund because the vehicle had to be towed every time he took it out. 🤣
Reliable but so bland and boring . Very little amenities for the price and if you like a nice interior, the top trim is pretty much the only choice and it’s not worth paying 50k for a rav4.
I’m not surprised about the RAV4……mentality of most is Toyota is a ride or die and bulletproof. 😂😂😂. Yeah, okay…….fantasy. Had three co workers all traded their rav4 in after lease for Mazda and Subarus…..they are much happier I’ll stick with Subaru or Mazda….these brands are just getting better while Honda and Toyota are declining.
