I saw Britny Fox 3 times for the first 3 albums and they kicked it big time all of the shows. Never disappointed. Michael is one of my favorite guitar players. He's a killer player with great stage presence and just a super nice down to earth guy! Bite Down Hard I bought when it was released and was very pleased they stayed true. Would be so awesome to see and hear new material from the original lineup! Great interview and had to subscribe. Thank you!
Oh man, if a Britny Fox reunion happens in 2023, then x-mas would come early for me! And a new album besides would be the icing on the cake! Would love to hear them pick up where Boys In Heat left off!
Let them tour for about 4 months , write for about 6 weeks after reconnecting and cutting up together, just having fun. Go out for another 4 months and write some while on the road as well. Hit the studio after about a month off, fresh ready too roll and let it rock. I believe you guys could put out something....,.needed in Rock music. Simple Chest beating drums , bass , guitar solo's and gruff vocals.
I really hope you can make something happen Kelly would love to see you Dean and the guys get back together! Guaranteed I’d be at the first concert! 🙏❤️
Please get back to rocking for the fans! I went to M3 rock fest 2023 and Britny fox! I keep saying you can't go by a new bands cd today,,and like 9 of the 10 songs, like you could in the 80's! Thank you guys all of the years of music!
“Dean will be next to convince” well either he doesn’t wanna or he’s just taking his sweet time about it, no hate but we haven’t heard anything since last year, I really hope it can happen I would love for that reunion to happen. Love Britny fox
I heard MKS say Bite Down Hard fell through the cracks, when it came out I bought the Cassette. I remember listening to it in my car, at the time I didn't mind grunge, I didn't dislike it until a few years later when Metal was almost nonexistent.
The hardest part of this entire thing is getting Dean on board. Also can he still sing like he did in 1988? Most likely not nor would he want to. I’m hoping he does this and sings maybe like he did on his Blackeyed Susan record.
I used to sneak in to the Empire Rock club in NE philly when i was 18 to see these bands. Britny Fox was grityer then other bands back then. More hard rock then hair metal
Curious to know how real this was. The other guys said that they never speak to Dean and that he's never had any interest in rejoining other then the one time several years ago. According to Johnny, that was very brief
Its just too bad all the fans of all these 80s glam and hard rock metal bands don't support the new bands playing the same music. H.E.A.T, Eclipse, Girish and the Chronicles, Bloody Heels, Dangerous Curves, Shiraz Lane, Crazy Lixx, Toxic Rose, Kissing Dynamite, Reckless Love, Santa Cruz, Snakebite, and Midnight City.
Sorry but Firehouse is the best example of the labels and radio being at fault for pushing ballads! To no fault of the band... If they played "Overnight Sensation" things would have been way different... I didn't like them until I heard that track years later after dismissing them as well. I've since had the pleasure of opening for them and they smoke most bands live
FireHouse definitely get overlooked due to their biggest hits being super corny ballads. The production on their first two albums was immaculate. They could be super heavy at times too. Bill Leverty had great riffs.
