The Empire closed right around when I moved to Philly to play music. We wound up renting 2 large warehouses on Princeton Ave by I-95 and State Rd to create our own scene. Many kids were just hanging by the river without a scene and it snowballed from there. Good times 90-95

And he was in Waysted. I hope Jason remembers to cover that. I saw him drumming for Waysted in 1987 opening for Maiden . A year later he was back in town opening for Poison with BF

Actually, I wouldn't bother to dig old tapes out of my attic for you, as with that reply, you wouldn't learn anything. I started with the Community Broadcast Network Radio Stations out of Wise County, TX when I was fresh out of school back in 1991. Even if you only showed up for one class on interviewing, you knew rule #1 was to STFU and let the subject do the talking - your listeners aren't there to hear you. In case you never learned to read body language during an interview, go take a look at Mr. Dee's expressions whenever you began to inform us of your prowess in reuniting old bandmates at odds - or whatever other traits of your own you were blowing your own horn about. Just some friendly advice that I have no doubt that you will make the best use of. Have a nice day.

@@WasteSomeTimewithJasonGreen I'm not naive - and I also have no problem understanding that your numbers could be even higher. 78% of the people who visit your channel and are not staying for one reason or another will never say anything to you. That's why those graphs you look at show a lot more people coming and watching a video than actually subscribe, so, it might be you who is a little naive. It's also funny that anyone would "choose" to do interviews in a manner that shows no interviewing skill, to anyone who knows anything about interviewing. But, good luck to you!

Congratulations, you've gotten 11.6% of the people to subscribe. That's only using the Cavazo video as an example. The number is actually lower, as with 66k on Cavazo, 44K on the previous one, the number of people that have actually come and watched a video without subscribing is much higher. So, congratulations on getting less than 10% of the people to subscribe - you're tearing it up.

Yeah but everyone is different. You either like it or you dont. They had some good songs and like a lot of records, theres usually a few good songs and the rest are just songs to fill the album. Theres very few bands that put out records that the whole album rocks. As much as i love Judas Priest or Iron Maiden i can only listen to about 25% of their music. Boston, Old Aerosmith, Van Halen, and even RATT i could listen to the whole album. I guess it depends on what you like? But i would like to see these guys again, especially if they were touring with a few other 80s bands would be cool.

That's my take on most of these bands. Like the Bulletboys for example... they never got along in the first place (or rather no one gets along with Marq Torien), never sold that many records and were never a big draw even in their heyday. What is the point of a reunion 30 years later? I don't get it. Maybe those glam rock cruises are really lucrative or something.

Not tru, all these bands can make good money on cruises and festivals. Bands that have not already reunited from that time frame are in demand and there aren’t many left

Also nobody yours anymore and most don’t play clubs, they do casino gigs where people still pay for anything 80s

@@WasteSomeTimewithJasonGreen yes but this is Britny Fox we are talking about. They weren't even credible in their day. That album barely went gold and the follow up in 1989, well before grunge was a factor, lasted a total of four weeks maybe on the Billboard chart Literally nobody cared. The 3rd album didn't even chart as far as I remember. This was a band that basically only got their foot in the door because of their Cinderella connection.

@@angryagain3801 Ran out and bought the first album, the second I got in the bargain bin for 5 bucks and got completely ripped off. But I'd go see them before I'd go see Dokken. The vocals would have to be better.
