80 MPH CSX OCS P001 Wastes No Time in Upstate New York 

Back in the beginning of April, I saw the CSX office car special rushing West towards Buffalo just outside of Rochester New York. A Defect Detector before they passed me clocked them in at 80 miles an hour.
