M8 the 75% twin chance is extremely good pet.. I would have to say the best one you got in combination with +3 child SPECIAL... Equip it on female when you're making a child and keep it there right until the end when she's ready to give birth, then switch to +3 child SPECIAL you got. Keep in mind you need to click below her head to switch so you don't accidentally trigger birth before. In contrast, I got a set of 3 legendary tripplets, they all look the same and have same stats, and it was literally max Str, max End and everything else way up 8 and 9 points. It takes very little to max them in all stats and you have lvl 1 max stat x3 in no time, then equip +7end and level them up to become the best dweller possible. However, for a chance of rare and legendary (13%/6%) you need dwellers that are making the baby having all stats at max, Level doesn't have to be max, but SPECIAL has to. As for x2 and even better x3 objective comletion thingie on the dogmeat and parrots is when you are doing the tasks, like for example extinguish 25 fires. With x3 for example each time you extinguish fire it counts as 3x. It's actually extremely good if you want to grind tasks to get boxes and pet cages, and some nuka cola as well.

@@DankLordOnii x2 objective completion is not the worst on wasteland exploration as you often get "collect weapons or armor" tasks which are easiest to do on exploration. Also perform criticals, get friends and many more are done in wastelands. But at the end of this video you see what the difference is between just normal child and +3 SPECIAL, now imagine legendary child spawns with 40 SPECIAL to begin with, and +3 pet gives it another 21. With exception of stats that go over 10, having a baby with 60ish points out pf possible 70 cuts training drastically, and even common baby has one stat at 6 and rest at 5 and 4, which is so much better than 1 and 2 stats 😄
