In this video I will show you how you can throw larger pots. This time we will be focusing on throwing in one piece - two different pots: A large shallow bowl and a fermenting crock.
I will be using 5 kg of stoneware. This may be more than you have ever tried to throw at your potters wheel. But don't worry it is not as difficult as you may think.
I will give to tips to how you can center a big ball of clay, how to open it, pull it and get the final shape you want.
