The maroon gem, the most beautiful Gem. This was my first Edison. Purchased it from Don Gfell at the Orlando Phonograph expo about 20 years ago. Came with the original two piece Fireside horn and K reproducer. Still have the Gem but foolishly sold the K reproducer a while ago because I didn’t realize the significance of it at the time.

So Pretty and the whizzet(?) is a great idea! "When the Bees make Honey down in Alabam" might be a good Friday Night Concert!

I can't believe it sounds that good, so clear. Every cylinder player I've ever heard up till now sounds horrendous.
