Smokey The Bear has been around since the 1950s to help prevent Forest fires thanks for these nostalgia videos remember many of these from my childhood in the 90s

As a kid, the message I took away from Smoky the Bear was when you’re in the woods and you’re doing a campfire or whatever you need to be careful with how you do it and how you put it out and make sure that it’s out. I never thought that fires were not part of nature. Obviously I were, I just felt like he was trying to push camping safety and you don’t smoke in the woods you don’t leave your campfire unless you pour water on it and dirt make sure that it’s out. So this guy talking about smoky push the idea of fire was not part natural. It was just not part of life was complete. BS. And I speak as a child of the 80s who grew up with Smoky the Bear.
