PLEASE LET ME KNOW YOUR REASONS!
Brucas. Oh Brucas. I started this video the second I read Hilary's article about that Jeyton and Brucas were supposed to be endgame.
I KNEW IT. I knew it.
So many signs, the complete season 2 & 3 was dedicated to show that Brucas were the ones for each other and no signs whatsoever that it was supposedly Leyton 'true love always'
Lucas was so immensely in love with Brooke, more than I think people know. People always saw how Brooke cared for Lucas, which was completely true, she was really in love with him, but people tend to forget/ignore how crazy Lucas was for her. He told everyone, he told Peyton in the library, he told Skills, he told his mom, he told Rachel, he told Peyton that Brooke was the one he wanted to share his life-changing, dream moments with... IT WAS ALWAYS THERE BUT HE JUST NEVER MENTIONED IT TO THE RIGHT PERSON.
You know Robin's quote from HIMYM, 'If you have chemistry, all you need is one more thing... timing.'
I was talking to Kar and we think this is EXACTLY what Brucas had. They had the best chemistry on the show, but the timing was never right. When she found Peyton's stuff in Lucas's bedroom, when he wanted to tell her how he felt but saw her kissing Felix, when she went to the mall on her birthday and saw him with Peyton... ALL THE TIMING IN THE WORLD.
This video was incredibly emotional to make, I was crying continuously. These two, I will never, ever get over them.

the only on/off screen couple who captured my heart. I always saw his deep love for her in his eyes. I still believe that Sophia was the love of his life, that wasn't just acting. Sometimes I really hate Brucas because I love them so much - I guess too much. I will never get over them. thank you for that beautiful video. I fell in love with them all over again. Always team brucas.

@@muilifunmilayo5331She should have atleast agreed to do love scenes with him and end up together, but she didn't agree to do that after season 3 and would leave if they insisted, hence they had to change everything and everything was just crap after that. Chad not only screwed up his life with a beautiful girl like Sophia but also the best series.

i always think that lucas always chose brooke before anyone else, the only reason he ended up with peyton was because brooke broke up with him and gave them free pass

Beautiful video. While I can respect the writer's perspective that he always wanted Lucas with Peyton, I think he gave a stronger background to Lucas and Brooke. He made her care and she taught him how to love. Their relationship came more natural in my eyes, it was simpler because despite her past Brooke didn't want Lucas to save her. She wanted him to love her back.

WOW, THIS IS PERFECT! I will never get over how they were supposed to be endgame - and we all just knew (there weren't signs he was in love with P in s2/3: they were better off as friends-semi siblings). Brooke and Lucas were SO amazing, I will be forever bitter about this.

Yes, if chad hadn't cheated in real life, they wouldn't have got divorced. It's been so many yrs since one tree hill and everyone has moved on,but while watching one tree hill, still hard to believe that BL don't end up together. Although neither chad nor Sophia went to mark and told him they don't want to play Brucas, but he knew that it would be difficult for her to do love scenes with him and then they abruptly broke them up which doesn't make sense. She and Lucas were in love , had epic moments together and they just gave up like that. I don't buy it. You don't give up on the one you love especially after going thru so much heartbreak, pain.. But she could have been professional enough and do the rest of the seasons with him. Atleast we would would have had a nice endgame. But he changed it and put Lucas with that whiny, backstabbing p. They look sad together, more like brother sister or cousins. When mark was supposed to put brooke Lucas and jake peyton as the endgame, why did he have to change it. They were very different couples. After s3 it's just crap. Someone should make a movie or series about them, they're too good not to end up

I always knew Brucas weren’t built to last, but I did adore them for all the reasons you described. They were a beautiful part of each other’s story and you did a great job highlighting everything that was great about them. Ignore the hate. You definitely don’t deserve it.

Read somewhere that Chad always pushed for 'Brucas' because he wanted to work with his wife and didn't want her to kiss other men. Also, after their divorce, neither Chad or Sophia went to Mark and told him 'I don't want to do Brucas anymore', but he knew it would be difficult for Sophia to do love scenes with him in future seasons, that's he changed it to lucasp. It sucks to know that he did this when he knew that everyone loved BL together. They were the best couple on oth and had amazing chemistry which no other couple will ever have. After s3, it's just crap. Sophia was professional enough not to say anything, they should have continued with Brucas and put that p with jake. Lucasp look sad as a couple, just no chemistry Chad she's so much bigger than him, looks like his cousin. Chad along with mark screwed up a beautiful show which we will never get to see again. Someone should make a movie or series about them because they are too good not to end up together.

I think you spell "82 reasons why I have a broken heart" wrong ... Brucas was supposed to be together at the end, everybody knwew it. And they were (and still are) the most perfect OTP of OTH. I've watched the whole serie 6 Times, and I'm still pissed of when I see how forced and unnatural is Leyton... Anyway, I'm completely broken. This video make my day, and even my week. I can't believe I misses these. The red dress that Peyton threw away, I didn't exactly knew at first,but now I know. On one interview, Hilarie told that Lucas was supposed to be endgame with Brooke. But the producers took advantage on Chad Sophia ended marriage. All I can see is Brucas.

Yes your right, she did say that, even Sophia said that. Lucas and Brooke were always supposed to end up together from season 1, but because of their divorce the writers took advantage of that and they were broken up. And everyone says that they weren't the endgame. Brooke/Lucas were the best couple on oth and will always be. The other one was a joke!

I always knew it, I always did. My best friend and I always talked about how weird and forced Leyton seemed after Brucas broke up. It just didn't seem right and I assumed it was because really ship Brucas BUT NO, THEY WERE MEANT TO BE, I KNEW IT I KNEW IT. They had something so magical and you could still see it in season 5. The love between them is so beautiful, so marvellous and so well captured. I'm sitting here, watching this video and there are so many things I want to say, I feel so many things right now. She was there both times, she was there when all his dreams came true. I knew it, I knew it. They will always be my one true pairing. 💖

True, they had amazing chemistry in s2/3. Because of their divorce and Chad's cheating in real life, they had to change the plot and split the characters so abruptly because Sophia didn't want to kiss him and they put him with that whiny backstabber. They look like brother sister or cousins. Jake and p had chemistry, they were in love, she asked him to marry her and the next day, she's in love with Lucas. I thought when Lucas and Brooke got together.. they made more sense than peyton and luke. Peyton & luke has so much drama and angst. I guess they made leyton endgame cos the og storyline was nathan-peyton-lucas and nathan was already with haley. And like the off screen breakup of chad and sofia, kinda awkward when their characters end up together. But yeah, brucas made more sense than leyton to me.

I LOVE BRUCAS! I really do, but this just isn't true. Lucas treated Brooke SO BAD. And there were hints that Lucas and Peyton would get back together i.e. Lucas cheating on her, and when Lucas told Peyton, it's always gonna be there, you and me. Also, Sophia has said that Brucas weren't meant to be endgame that it was rumors that Brucas split up because of Chad and her. Regardless, I don't like getting worked up over that kinda stuff cause it can make me bitter so I just love that Brooke found someone to love her the right away, this is still a cute video though great job as always.

I’m gonna get hate for this but it has to be said. Him and Brooke were made for each other like when they wasn’t together he still choose her over Peyton and let’s be honest him and Peyton was forced. They basically have matching tattoos. Zelfa XX IMHO they already were. after s3 the show started not being so good. s2 was the highest rated season and it was brucas centric not Leyton so those fans that said brucas is why ratings drooped don't know shit lol I ship both + brulian but brucas was my OTP and tbh s4 just felt really forced like they were trying too hard to have Lucas move on so fast after Brooke because of chopia AND their RL drama. nian broke up IRL but delena didn't end on TVD so they could've done it.

I shipped Leyton + brulian and I love Brooke finally getting her happy ending because she's my all time favorite character but brucas was my OTH otp and one of my first otps period and they'll always nr one of my most disappointed ships. The buildup in s2 was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL oml ppl said Leyton had a better buildup um what buildup?!?! They barely had scenes in s2, he made it clear he was completely in love with Brooke in s3 and s4 felt so forced it's unbelievable. One minute he's fighting for Brooke, telling Peyton Brooke's the one he wants next to him when all his dreams come true then suddenly he's back in love with Peyton?? It wasn't realistic, it was ooc it was forced & rushed okay. Brucas had such amazing chemistry that was so natural & effortless they didn't even have to try! They had so many scenes that show they belonged together then suddenly it is over snd I honestly believe chopiw breaking up is the reason. Idgaf what mark or the fans said snout Leyton belonging together, I like them but brucas went through so much, were so genuine and so in love! The way they looked at each other?? How they were there for each other and believed in each other?? Brooke was in love with Lucas but ppl forget how much he truly loved Brooke! He told everyone including Peyton how much he loved her, he even said it in 3x17 after Leyton kissed, I mean why tell everyone hie in love he was with Brooke for it to end that way?? Oh yeah snd what about the FUCKING DESTINY SHOT??? They never did anything as oute sne beautiful and epic for Leyton as they did gir brucas! I shipped everything not brucas was otp and I honestly believe they could've been endgame of chopia didn't divorce. Brucas .>>>>>>>EVERYTHING.

+Miss Sawyer I ship Leyton & brucas but they actually DIDN'T after cheating on Brooke twice then cheated on his gf in s5, they felt forced in s4. brucas had the most chemistry, it was natural & effortless and their love felt more real & genuine and after all they went through they should've BEEN ENDGAME.

Yeah they sure deserved. This video was beautifully made really good editing but Brucas was a teen romance they never got each other needs and their connection was flawn no deep at all for a long term relationship
