Never to late to start. The great Yoga Master, BKS Iyengar always said you could begin Yoga at any point, and it could improve your health. Jack LaLanne always said "Don't lose the legs; once the legs are gone, YOU are gone."
@@Jibbie49 Westerners are far too arogant on the whole for long term exercise. As a yoga teacher I have had great students yog and old but so many Karens too - who just like to moan and challenge anything other people say,
Seriously speaking, She can earn a lot for her family I doubt the Chinese government would not allow that, it simply serves to add more positivity to their image.
@Dennis Estrada Yes that will have fat little emperors that are disabled and possibly dead before 50 years old. But look at folk in the west. Having taught Yoga, dance an PE in schools - westreners will be joing them in the early grave. The trouble with westerners is that they moan and challenge everything even when you are tring to help them. All kids in school do is moan about their rights and their parents back them up. So after 18 years on the planet you have a young person in an old person's body.
I've seen those videos of the parks, but with 550 million retired people in China (retirement is 55 for women and 60 for men) I really wonder what percent of them exercise to that extent. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hRgZ1ydaHm4.html
@@Jibbie49 maybe not under that extent, (I mean they’re doing more than most people could do half they’re age) but where I live, my grandma and her other Chinese grandma and grandpa friends will do lighter exercises like very slow Tai Chi. So I’m guessing that a higher percentage will most likely sick to lighter exercises than those really intense ones.
So true. But they don't abuse their bodies their whole life with alcohol. Think what the average person drinks in the West, and the bad food too...Chinese believe food is medicine
Grandma : "Grand son, I'm here to teach a flexible way to live your lives..." Grandson : "Argh....not this again...." Grandma : *start doing 360 spin handstand : "Try follow my moves. It's easy."
Age is only a quality of mind.We are young as we feel .Hats off and a noble salute to the grandma.she is still inspiring others to stay fit and healthy through daily exercises.🙏😇🙌👍👍
I noticed that granny does not use any fancy exercise equipments nor wearing any designer fitness clothing. 😄 She said she started exercising by doing her stretching in bed. I think a lazy-bone like me can do that too. She’s such an inspiration to everybody, not just to the elderly. 👍🏼🌺
Wow this is beyond my comprehension! 4 years ago? I'm 36 and I thought I was healthier. I'm dead wrong, when my only baby grows I will do more research about it. She reminds me of Bruce Lee who all we know he was flexible as a cat
0:37 If everyone could do this we'd solve overcrowding on public transport and turn trains and buses into large moving wardrobes by transporting everyone on coat hangers.
Life expectancy is increasing, and that is great, it adds preservation to the environment, natural resources, as one becomes part of nature, and so as nature in hundred folds strength, where it giveth what the preserver gives and exudes. No arthritis, rheumatism, or any muscular stiffness, plenty of blessings for everyone to look, long, and aim for. Kung hei fat soi 2021.
I dont mind going her boot camp of unbelievable stretching as long as she is there with me. Such an inspiration.....it is not too late for me since she only started 4 ye RSS ago...🥰👌
