Absolut hammer its a shame l don't live in warrington anymore and what a real shame about the pond and koi's😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 l hope they find a good home for the koi's best wishes from Hamburg Germany 😎😃👍🇬🇧
With a creative estate agent pond could be a selling point, with filter house already installed could easily be turned into a swimming pool, Lovely pond though, sort of pond that will still look modern and upto date in 10/20 years 👍
Wow, what a bummer, maybe the new tenants will want you to keep the pond going with the koi. How long do you like to keep the PP in for before you put in the peroxide?
What a stunning pond, garden, and what a smashing filter house, I would snap it up if I could, I would try and convince the new owners to be not to knock it down, surely the pond could be made child proof for a few years ❤
My Parents bought a House with a Koi Pond when l was a child. 70s style. A Japanese man used to visit to check the Koi. It was part of the House Sale agreement. The Koi lived there till they all died of old age. We had 8, Bekko (?) Tancho and Showa l think. I was a child.
I'm confused! Costia in a pond that have had no new fish for years!! I've kept koi for 20 years and lost one goshika due to negligence on my part having a triple bypass surgery. Please explain how you suspect costia or am I thick or do you suspect frog or bird poo infection?
@@TimWaddington we do want to move in future so slightly worrying. Mine is 9 inch hollow blocks filled with concrete and rebar, with a facing brick front. I don’t think I could knock it down even if I wanted.
