This dashboard design is way too simple backward even by 1985 standards but understandable i suppose because this is the commercial & not the 'personanwagen' G-Class version which didn't exist yet that time ? This dashboard instrumentation reminds me of the O 309, O 609D, T1 vans etc.

How fast does it go in 4th gear at around 3000~4000rpm? I'm looking at a 4 speed 300gd.
