stupid question: so you're suppose to check vacuum by increasing RPM? what is the normal reading ( what does it suppose to read if not leaking)? 85 TD is not turning off and I need to use the vacuum gauge to isolate the leak. Due to power lock and breaks being very hard I believe its the pump but not sure..where do you buy a kit?
