The one to the door locks is guaranteed to be the leaking one. The actuators leak, but they also used hardlines from the frame to the door, and they break where the door opens. I like the way you test if a line holds vacuum. Quick, cheap, but effective. The tank line may not "seem" to hold vacuum because they take a while to pump up.
Have faith. Been through the same issue. You'll find that the diagrams, even from MBZ differ year to year, because of emission changes. The vent line that ends up, open, in the cabin was a mystery for a while. As it turns out, that' s to avoid air currents in the engine compartment! At the end of the day, you will probably end up with diagram of your own. I framed mine and hung it on the wall. good luck. Bill
The one to the transmission is called aut.transmission actuator valve, it is round, green , bout 2 inch diameter, on top of transmission....this will shift smooth when the vacuum functions well
Brown is engin shutoff....tank is there where u found it...there is one going down to your (green)automatic transmission, yellows to doors....its all kind of logic, it goes where it belongs...ok? Hope u find this usefull...you have to isolate each branch, starting from your vacuumpump, over the brakebooster, and then go peripheric, ok?
