Eye beam is just the demon hunter's backstab. It has the secret magical text to ALWAYS be in their hand... but only for your opponent. Just recently I faced against 6 different rogues who all had backstab within their first three turns. Every. Single. One. Basically the same story with eye beam. 0 mana removal just isnt fun... which makes me happy eye beam got nerfed.

I run this with single plot twist and one less coil. You can plot twist into kelidan or twisting nether when in danger

@@xxxsnippzzxxx9355 If it doesn't now then it used to, same with Ghoul. I used to use Plague Scientist and Ghoul in Rogue and since it's the same type of damage (minion sourced) it should work.

Yes but it only works if it’s the card with poison/lifesteal that deals the damage. It depends on the wording but I believe Shadowflame (the Warlock card in question) is worded so it’s the spell that deals the damage, not the minion. With Unstable Ghoul it is the minion dealing damage, so if it had poison or lifesteal, the deathrattle would also have that effect.

he fucked it though.. should've given lifesteal to the first pyro for 1 extra heal out of the aoe, and 3 for the attack and would've been alive on board

I've gotten run over by the non-quest version a couple times. Coin knuckles>3/3 taunt pirate evolving with whatever is on your board followed next turn by bunnies and mogu? Probably fun to play, but not fun to play against. Better than doom in the tomb meta at least

Surprisingly? I rated it 5 stars the moment I saw it. Best 2 drop for control decks in Standard I was 100% sure was going to see play in constructed, honestly I'm surprised it doesn't see play in all control decks, like Priest and Mage. 2 mana 2/4 with amazing upside? It's basically 'Battlefiend' grade of power level.

Laires The Unscaled it can be pretty bad in a lot of cases because they’re just isn’t that much upside in a lot of situations. Damage based removal isn’t common in decks other than warlock

@@exLightningg You only need Artificer against 1 or 2 decks, its not worth it. Plus its all minions even your own so it kinda sucks if you play it with a board.

Alexstrasza is played not only for the potential heal/burn she gives, but because she's a dragon which will sit in your hand thereby activating cards like Nether Breath and Crazed Netherwing. I'd say Ysera would be a better choice for replacing Alexstrasza, but Khartut Defender would still be a solid replacement if you have neither.

Unplayable, Zephrys gives your opponent Sac for 0 mana lethal and in mirrors, which is going to be likely scenario with the best tier 1 deck being Warlock running 2x Sac Pact AND Zephrys it's basically suicide picking Jaraxxus. Maybe useful when Zephrys rotates out next year or when Sac pact gets nerfed to be used on friendly minions only.

@@Laireso You need to think about the future, not just what is in front of your face. When Zephyr rotates out and if DH gets a good deck that don't use demons to be countered, it would be playable. Jaraxxus is a classic, it stays forever.

@@Willowisp927 well yeah we can discuss the balance changes that would start having an impact 12 months from now... but how the fuck can anyone predict if 8 mana Jaraxxus will be playable in next year with 3 more expansions worth of cards that can and probably will completely shift the meta. I'm giving him the only advice that can be currently given which is: Jaraxxus sucks as long as Zephrys AND Galakrond Warlock is relevant, which is almost guranteed next 12 months.

Being lucky enough for Dark Skies to kill a taunt, but not kill any of his own minions. It's the sort of RNG lethal that chat loves to point out.

You save damage and try to set up board position where you can apply pressure with alexstraza.

If you alex them and have something on board too they spend their whole turn clearing the board and renewing face giving them 18 life. If you gala weapon equipped then 5 + 2 nether breath(8) + zrph fireball is 19. It is very situational i know but i have done it atleast 5 times by now

Nah, better make him cost 8. It's a high risk, high reward because you would instantly get a 6/6. It would be still unplayable until Zephyr and all DH stop being prevalent with demon decks though.

It's not like warlock often gets armor, wouldn't really change much. Maybe bring health to 20 instead of 15.

I looked it up, and started to use it.. Its a Great tool, have't played alot of hearthstone almost only fps games, but this game has a hold on me right now, cant stop play or think about it🤘😉!! If you play a minion while the fire effect is going off it dies. It doesn't really, but I'm always afraid that'll happen.
