And for the record, it's pretty expensive everywhere. I lived in a chithole in Jersey and that was expensive. Landlords aren't really making profit rn. I'd say they're breaking even. The places in demand are those like Florida and Texas right now after 2020. No one wants to live in NYC or Cali by choice.
