The rats have since eaten the plug wires so it needs a few things..

I have parts for it, just trying to find time to do a video on it.

This might seem like a dumb question, but how is fuel supposed to get to the engine if the pump is off?

@@droneview9580 what do u mean pump is off ? When engine cuts off the oil switch doesn't read correctly and thinks there is still no pressure which makes the pump still run even though the key is turned off and the engine is not running . I've had a 2.5 s10 do it for 3 min of running continuous until I went and unplug the sensor then the pump stopped staying on . All of these trucks do that when the oil switch goes bad I have had it do it on a 2.5 a 2.8 and a 4.3 an my 93 4.3 does it now

@@KnuckleHeadGarage27 my apologies. I meant to ask, does the pump cut off after the engine is running? After the initial crank, start?

@@droneview9580 yeah when it's cold an I prime the truck it will prime one time an stop an then I start it an it runs . But say I've been in it all day an truck is hot up to temp an I go an park an turn truck off the pump will continue to run for a sec or 2 sometimes an that it shouldn't do . An I've pretty much replaced everything on the truck for the fuel system so I know it's not that an plus sence I've had many of these trucks an when they do it most time it's that oil pressure switch that fails . But there's one vid on my channel replaceing one an plenty of other stuff
