I’ll definitely explain more in the next video, but long story short this 1989 Mitsubishi Starion( Conquest tsi) is my dads old parts car for his 1988 Mitsubishi Starion. I decided to start making something out of it after 20 years of sitting. Thank you guys for watching.

You ganna change out the steering coupler. It makes a big difference.

I was looking into it, I might end up doing a 240sx rack and pinion, although I think the the PS on the starion has a quicker ratio 🤦🏽‍♂️.. 240sx parts are pain to find without the crazy price tag so I might lean towards getting the the coupler

@@ChrisKheluram we were in the same boat, we were going to do the 240 rack too, but the prices aren't worth it. So we decided, in the beginning, to not have power steering at all. As time went by we realized that we aren't kids anymore and it was a work out to steer. The excessive play in the wheel from the stock coupler was bad, we just changed it and feels a whole lot better. We have purchased a power steering pumpbrelocation kit for our engine and will be installing that next.
