I would remove the exterior door from downstairs bedroom. Place the head of the bed in that room on the exterior wall, and to the right a bit. Who wants to sleep 6 inches from the toilet?? The back porch also needs access to the backyard.

Love the kitchen, dining area and LR areas but I don’t see me accessing that washer or dryer easily! 2 master suites essentially are heavenly! Very nice 900 sq ft 2 BR/ 2.5 bath home. It has possibilities for us. Please fix that laundry layout!!!

Nice design and spacious.But one thing i do not understand is the back door which i believe is the main door.I would close it and i would use that space for a bigger toilet laundry room or even a small pantry room because it is too narrow to get in.I would place the main entrance at the front somewhere.

Perfect - nearly usable for international purpose. Don't forget a powerful cooker hood, otherwise the smell will reach till the upper floor bedroom. (i'd remove one window in the living section to install my home entertainment components in front of a wall after happily moving in . . . )

This plan attempts to check all the boxes. The main entrance is apparently the "back" one with the laundry hallway that leads to the kitchen. The kitchen lacks upper cabinets and a pantry, but there are tall cabinets and an under-stairs closet that could perform the same functions. I like the library mezzanine. The upstairs bedroom has only two skylights for natural light, and being over the bed their shades might be closed much of the time. Either a dormer or a rearrangement of rooms might remedy the problem.
