Hi Designer, I would install a couple of celling fans from the rafters. On reverse they push the warm air down. Keeping the cosy feeling of the room. Keeping it cool during the warmer weather. Love the floor plan❤ Thank you
From $37K to $45K that's the minimum range of profit return every week I thinks it's not a bad one for me, now I have enough to pay bills and take care of my family..
YES!! That's exactly her name (Angela Danielle Crowe) so many people have recommended highly about her and am just starting with her from Ottawa Canada 🇨🇦?
Hello, I watched your video of the house presentation and was horrified that you could do something like this in 2024 in such a cathastrphically bad style. Whoever was responsible for the exterior design and the use of materials in the interior is a real bungler. Not only did he choose completely flat textures, but you could see that he had no idea about texture tiling. My friend's six-year-old daughter now delivers better results with Unreal Engine 5. The presentation and choice of materials almost looks as if the creator had quickly scribbled the whole thing in AutoCAD. I work in 3D myself. I would be really ashamed to present something like this to anyone or upload it to RU-vid. The Unreal Engine is free to use and has so much to offer to show what you've created in a better light. I really thought about giving you a thumbs up for the overall presentation before writing this comment, but sorry, I can't do that. I would like to show, if my time allows, what you can get out of something like this with the Unreal Engine. - It would be nice to have a chat despite the harsh comments.
I like it very much, apart from a few little things that you can easily change. I think I've already asked once, would it be possible to specify the plan additional in square meters? It's a lousy conversion from square feet to square meters, and for a European the proportions would be much easier to understand.
Preciosa me gusta el porche todo en conjunto sois maravillosos pero le haría falta una piscina mil gracias por vuestros vídeos un saludo desde Galicia España
Oh WOW !!!! This is absolutely gorgeous. I love the outside fireplace, I would probably have it closed off with floor to ceiling glass that can be opened by sliding doors to open it up for the summer, fall, autumn 🍂 seasons ❤ 😊
I could spend the summer there! I'd remove the brick monstrosity over the kitchen stove and add some wall cabinets, and I'd add a clothes dryer and a more practical sink in the laundry room. But those are petty details. Overall, it's a functional plan!
😮WOW!!! BEAUTIFUL, LOVE IT! Of course a few things could be changed and really only one thing i dont really care for. First off... i dont care for a tv to be above a fireplace but thats the only place for it. Just like a lot of these houses. Things i would change... The tile colors. Cut down on the use of white throughout the house. It looks great but i need a little color in my life. The wall under the stairs.. Ditch the wall pockets for a closet under the stairs. Where's the laundry???? Guess the mud room or the garage. Both work for me. A shower in the master bath. I would sacrifice the sink on the left as your facing them for a shower there. Now.... MAJOR extra points for the attached garage and the gas fireplace in the master bedroom!!! Lastly..... Sure wouldn't wanna be on the crew to get that grand piano up to the loft. 🤪 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 FANTASTIC JOB ON A BEAUTIFUL HOUSE!! ✌😎
I cant edit my comment for some reason. 🤪 So here it is.... EDIT: a hot tub on one end of the back porch and an outdoor fireplace in the covered area and maybe a larger front porch would be SWEET!!!!
Please stop with the angled walls they are not practical. They waste space that could be utilized. Why a tiny kitchen and huge dining area? Remove peninsula and put the dishwasher and extra cabinets along the wall. A nice long island and small round table for 4. The stairway is way too small you'd never get any furniture up there.
I don't like the dark wooden corner, it makes the rooms look down, the curtain rods are shorter than the window, and I don't like the dark wooden base.
This house would be my favorite out of all the houses i have seen so far on this channel. ABSOLUTELY love all the fire places! Wood burning in the living room and gas in the bedrooms. 😉👍 But that kitchen kills it for me. Wanna see this house be over the top? Reconfigure the master bath. Switch places with the shower and toilet. Redo the fireplace in the living room. It just looks a little to "plain" to me and could possibly be a little bigger. If the only place for a tv is above the fireplace, make the fireplace "floor level" so the tv wouldn't have to be so high on the wall. That AWFUL kitchen. Do away with that mud/laundry room. Add that space to the kitchen. The washer and dryer could be in the garage. Other than that..... I like the loft area. A pool table or a theater would work for me. The bedroom could be an office or a computer room too. You guys/gals did a GREAT job on this one! LOADS of extra points for the garage and the basement!!! 😎👍 Id be VERY happy with it of the kitchen was the only thing changed. BUT..... I could take care of that. ✌😎
Nicely done. LOVE the light color stone against the light color wood. Kitchen with full-sized appliances and I especially love that there is a dishwasher and a real oven although I would have preferred a gas cooktop. All in all truly lovely design.
This house may be small.... BUT.... I LOVE IT! I would change a couple of things to make it mine though. #1 Make the upstairs bathroom a bit larger. Move the wall in the shower/tub to meet the exterior wall of the bedroom. This would allow the vanity/sink to be moved away from the door. #2 Add a closet to the left of the bathroom, ahead of the stairs, for a washer and dryer. Not real keen on having to lug laundry up and down stairs. #3 I need a REAL wood burning fireplace. That tiny gas one dont work for me. 😂👍 Maybe a 4th thing..... How about a double pull pocket door, possibly a steel one, between the double entry doors and the interior of the house. It would be out of sight and add some security to the house. GREAT job on this one! ✌😎 BTW...... I sure would like to see some of these houses with an attached garage that's also got some kind of a "work area" in it. I know different locations would be different but, An estimated cost to build these houses would be sweet too. If possible. 😉👍
This is a nice design, but there are some things that don't look like they were thought through. Who wants to open the door to the bathroom and have to turn sideways to get past the vanity????
The house could have a heat pump and on-demand hot water. These don't require any significant space inside. Alternatively, a modern gas boiler can fit easily into a kitchen cabinet. The software used doesn't allow for details like outlets and vents.
Beautiful home. I'd put the laundry/mudroom area next to the garage. You do not want to track in dirt from the garage right into the kitchen. The 1/2 bath could use a bigger sink/cabinet.
