I was there that day. I was raised in 6 min to noon and taken to the 3nf row. I sat diagonal from the president and could have spit on him. Lol I haven't seen this. I stood directly behind the camera shot in front of the church watching CNN braodcast this very video . I'm honored and blessed to have been a part of history ❤️
14 years, I still remember that day, I was at my house with my 21-month-old son Jeremy, my 4-year-old daughter McKenna, my 6-year-old son Lucas, my 8-year-old daughter Colleen, my 10-year-old son Andrew, My Husband Michael had just left for work at a local H&R Block, I was in the kitchen washing the dishes in the kitchen sink, Jeremy was in the living room playing with his toys, McKenna was in her bedroom playing with her Barbie dolls, Lucas was in his bedroom playing with his favorite Nintendo Game Cube Game On His TV "Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2", Colleen was in her bedroom watching her favorite Walt Disney DVD on Her TV "Toy Story 2", Andrew was in his bedroom watching his favorite Pokémon DVD on His TV "Pokémon 3 The Movie: the spell of the unknown", The TV in the living room was also on, it had the episode of "Little House On The Prairie", it was the episode of when that old house that they've turned into a school for those poor blind kids was on fire, When It was on the "TBS" network, I could see it from the island in the kitchen, I was watching it while I was washing the dishes, I had turned away for only a moment, when the telephone ringed, I answered the phone, and started talking to my friend Sarah, I started talking to her for over an hour, I just happened to look over my shoulder, and I saw this happening, I quickly told Sarah that I would call her back, I hung up the phone, I quickly grabbed Jeremy and took him to the master bedroom, I put him down for his morning nap, I closed the door, I went to the other's bedroom doors, and I told McKenna, Lucas, Colleen, and Andrew not to come down the stairs, I closed each of their bedroom doors, I rushed back down the stairs, got back on the phone, I asked Sarah if she was watching it, and she told me that she is watching it, we got off the phone and continued watching it.R.I.P to those who've lost their lives, at World Trade Center, The Pentagon, and Flight 93.
Mathew 24:14 was fulfilled that they when Rev Graham took the microphone... God's clock marked 5pm that day. I was watching in Costa Rica and Rev Graham' speech was the only one translated to Spanish then I realized leaders around the world from different religious and normal poeple listened to his message and they did noticed it....
Kids growing up now won't understand how the whole country felt right after 9/11 happened, I was 21 when it happened and I'll never forget the fear, anger, sadness and general feeling that American might "not" be alright when this happened.
I was 19 at the time I have occasional Nightmares of 9/11/01 even though I wasn't at the Pentagon and Trade Center on that Day I bet you have Nightmares of 9/11/01 too
The Rev. Franklin Graham never disappoints when it comes to judgement and short-sighted theology. His intro and commentary were the low-points of the entire service.
@Drew Neal Interesting. I found his speech about national unity, the "foundation" of which the United States were founded upon and 'hope' that there is for an improvement how Americans see, value and work on life was really inspirational and interesting.

This was the first of two occasions that we saw this group of presidents (Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter, George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton) in the same spot. The next was at President Reagan’s funeral. Denyce Graves also sung at Ford’s funeral and hosted the 2013 tree lighting in DC. Also, one of CNN’s own family was killed on 9/11 when one of their commentators Barbara Olsen was on American 77 which crashed into the Pentagon on her way to Bill Maher’s show. She at first wanted to fly out on September 10, but 9/11 happened to be her husband’s birthday and she wanted to sleep with him that night; her husband was Bush’s solicitor general at the time. Maybe if she hadn’t waited a day before going out to film she might still be alive today.

Franklin Graham was such a poor choice to speak during this program. At a minimum, they should have included reps. of many other faiths in the narration. Even more so in retrospect given the shameful positions he has taken during the Trump years.
Casualties happen in war. Unfortunately you can't prevent it. I guarantee you if they fired at the US civilians would also die. That's the horrible thing about war. Now if there was attacks and it had and has happened by bad soldiers and people, that targeted civilians without any intention of attacking the real bad people. Then it's horrible.you forget most of these terrorists and stuff are cowards that hide among the populace. Although in my opinion we should just withdraw from the middle East entirely, we have indeed made a mess there.
