I am really happy you were not at work on 9/11. The bank building you worked at was so badly damaged by massive pieces of falling steel from Tower 2, the search team I was with on the 14th thought it would collapse too. Thanks for a great story with good outcome.
Amazing view from apartment, amazing story. I cannot imagine running pregnant. So glad you and your daughter Grace survived. What a perfect name, as truly God's grace was with you.
Thank you for sharing your story. I can’t imagine living across the street and picturing all of your windows in your apartment. How terrifying. I too was pregnant with my first child on 9/11, which was my birthday. I was across the country in San Francisco and we were terrified thinking one of the planes was headed to our city (it crashed in PA). At the time I thought “what world am I bringing my child into?!!” I wonder if you thought the same. It felt like the end of the world. So glad you and your family are safe.
I am so fascinated by hearing these stories. Literally everyday I search for more and more documentaries. Thank you for your story! I couldn’t imagine running.... let alone pregnant!
Same here! I was in Middle School on September 11th 2001. I will never forget that day for sure. Brian Clark and Stanley have an amazing story but this story was very fascinating for sure.
Same here.. I think it gives me some kind of hope that one day Americans will come together and everything will be ok. That deep down we’re fighters and can get through anything.
I lost 2 family members on 911. One on the 104th floor of WTC 1 and the other on the 68th floor of WTC 2. 75 West, I knew were that was. I'd be curious were you lived in the studio apartment.....Sounds very familiar....one window.....Thanks for your story!
