For several weeks, all the area that is brown and cleared was dense woods that one couldn't even walk through due to fallen trees, thorns, vines, rotted piles of old cut up trees, all manner of rocks, boulders, etc.
Carting a load of trunk chunks into deeper woods. You can see the magnitude of the area I've cleared so far which equates to approximately 50% of the total area I plan to clear.
Lots of work, however it's great cardio and physical exercise.
The plan is to both enlarge the back lawn as well as connect to the main VAST trail corridor that extends through the middle of our woods.
