Setting Performance Profile to Light is probably the best battery saving feature. The good thing is you will not even notice a decrese in processing speed. Watching on my S23 Ultra.
Very useful, thank you. A couple I was already using, I turned off Adaptive Brightness because I rarely look at my phone outdoors, and the Auto Location routine was new to me, so I'm giving that a try. My phone is a brand new S23 Plus, so no battery issues yet, but everything helps.

Great tips. I got at least an extra hour for my Galaxy S22 Plus. A full charge will now last just over 13 hours. Some parts of the video are rather fast and I had to watch parts again sometimes a few times. Automate is more complex. Many thanks, Simon

The last one was super helpful. My battery live saving hack is using a battery limiter (I use Chargie). It's usually something you can do if you want to take care of your battery for the long term. I haven't heard this automation tip yet so would most likely tell others about this too.
Thanks. A couple of things. I also use a routine that turns off WiFi when I leave the house. And, remember, if you put an app into deep sleep, you cannot receive notifications from it.

I agree with the 8 tips except from one, the Motion Smoothness. I mean don't get me wrong but why would I want to change it from Adaptive to Standard on a $1000+ phone?
@@Marcelo.1927 it's actually the opposite. observe it carefully and see. i have two phones and I did turned it off and for some reason both of my phones suddenly heats up easily and drain more battery than before.

Hey, that tip for location toggle using routines is good but then apps like swiggy, camera etc don't play really nice with it. Even though they are added to be able to toggle the setting on, they will give a popup to switch on the gps which is super annoying...
I agree with most of the tips. But now i have decided to use my phone to its full potential without cutting corners and i will carry a fast charger/power bank everywhere.. Even though i don't have to because s23 ultra has good battery. But carrying 50-100 grams more won't be that difficult. And when i know the power source is not nearby only then i put it to power saving mode. Spending 1.4 lac and still don't use phone, its unfair.. Don't ruin ur experience just for exceptions

The video was very useful, but why for some reason there is no option to turn loction on/off in routines in my A22 5G. I will be great if anyone could help.
A22 5g does not have the full oneui experience. It's oneui core. So, it misses some features. You can use macrodroid or tasker for advanced automation.
Some of the Settings that you have on your phone doesn't have in my A54 series in Samsung. 😁 But i appreciate your lots of knowledge on battery saving tips.
There are so many similar videos made by yourself in the past ,I don't know what's new ,instead you can make home screen setup(kwgt) videos which haven't been made for the last few months
GPS cannot be fully turned off (since a really long time), you can turn it off in the settings, but its still a little bit on - 10 years ago Google made this strange behavior - To make sure: tracking your lost phone still works
Hi mobiscrub, I just got the s23 ultra after being an apple fan for years, super happy with my decision. I just have a problem that iI can't solve with the phone. It seems that after charging the phone or In a random time my wallpaper changes automatically without me doing anything. I turned off Wallpaper Services but this did not help, I even went to the system settings of the Wallpaper Services and disabled permission to change anything on the phone. Any ideas what's going on? Much appreciated. ❤
I had setup the loaction bixby routine for maps swiggy etc but idk the maps kinda start behaving wonky. The gps doesnt lock on the location. I have been facing this problem a lot. Any help on this

i have a 11 month old s20 FE phone.. i use 70-80% time on wifi.. no gaming, only social media mostly and banking apps.. its on 4g and not on 4g volte network.. i m on a12 one ui 4.1.. and security patch level oct 22.. i am not getting a good battery performance as such.. not sure why.... have not updated my phone as nowadays updates are not of any good for battery and might be rather cause intentional damage.. plz suggest what to do
Whenever i try to turn off location. It prompts that it won't let you access your last location in case the phone is lost since all the location services will be turned off. What's the solution in that case?
