honestly getting rid of toxic ppl is reallyyyy hard sometimes (like if you go to school w them and have classes together or are in a friend group, etc) or impossible if it’s your family like me ://
Because it’s harder to control especially with family. It’s not easy like me so I try to focus on what I can control in the time being. It also all comes from childhood memories and now they pretend to be good & “changed” so it’s hard to point it out from years of gaslighting. In the near future, I will validate myself & get enough support to cut them off but for now I’m saving my sanity and focusing on the good I already have.
Habits to boost your confidence 1. “Rebrand” your imperfections - change of perspective, love them 2. Invest in high quality products 3. When in doubt go model-off mode (invest in good quality clothes, no logos/no wird patterns or smt, keep it simple) 4. Signature scent 5. Try new make-up looks/trends (make sure to get out of your comfort zone) 6. Shimmering body oil 7. Give your skin a break 8. When at home wear cute loungewear 9. Try cryotherapy or alternatives

I've eye bags and dark circles....I feel so insecure... although I jage good height n all but people always make me feel bad about eye bags. I want to get rid of them.
