did you make rear camera works? which wire is for camera?

You get the 12V from the reversing light to the camera so it will only record when you put the shifter in reverse and from the camera, you only bring the video signal cable. The head unit has power already...

You run a fuse tap from rewire on harness

in the video where it says high end vw and low end vw, it has a picture of two wires unplugged, this will make the unit turn off when the key is removed from the ignition

@@demibos7216 On mine I have them two wires unplugged but the CAN BUS box is connected (so a mixture of the low end and high end instructions). When I left the two wires plugged in it drained my battery overnight even though the unit was off

@@TheGambitRules yes. Used a 12v acc power from fuse box. Because the antenna output did not give 12v..

@@TheGambitRules dont know. Just take a multimeter and check whats in fusebox 12v constant or 12v acc?. No rocket sience

@@TheGambitRules You’re looking it in the wrong way. You need to get the 12V from the reversing light to the camera and from the camera (so it switches on when you are reversing), and you bring the video signal cable from the camera to the head unit.

Habe das gleiche radio auch,Sie müssen mit Canbus anschliesen ,die kleine schwarze stecker nicht verbinden, nur canbus stecker an das gäret ohne strom von canbus,dann läuft über Zündung und geht auch Aus wenn schlüssen ziehen.

On the power adapter which comes with the unit on the back, there are 2 cables which can be removed with a clip (they are the only ones) remove them and it will work properly.

@@cosminmihai1229 when I try this fix my radio screen goes blank completely. When I reconnect then the screen goes back on very quickly, making me think it's not powering off the radio completely.
