Tip of the iceberg. This occurs in most, if not all, prisons and county jails throughout America.

Hopefully they have to go to their own prison.

Former CO's opinion: Wisconsin prisons will never be correctly staffed because new officers fresh out of academy are treated extremely poorly by veteran staff and leadership. The job is hard enough just dealing with inmates. But being purposely made to feel unwelcome/unwanted by staff? Good luck with all that.

Purpose Statement is ths true? The purpose of Waupun Correctional Institution (WCI) is to provide inmates, staff, and the public with a safe and secure institution, while encouraging positive growth and enabling inmates to successfully reenter society.

Charges seem frivolous, likely to be lessened or used to get someone to testify for immunity.
