1:32 impressed me even more! And while doing this insane spiral over the roof, he calmly continuous talking about this making him "more precise and more save"! Crazy!

I dont like this tutorial too much, because i think there is quiet some informations missing about how to start. Like normally you dont have to start with 360 or even more spiral for a beginner. Learn to flair, learn to 90°flair, then increase to 180 flair and then soft 360 spirals. Also its a question of how exactly beginners control the curve when they exit and want to tip touch. This tutorial basically says go to the snow and try it which is not a very pedagogic aproach
@@romanrudisuhli7028 i understand that your a big fan of chrigl and sorry that you felt insulted by my comment. Sadly your comment is as well not very constructive. What are your experiences about groundspirals
@@parapentefun thanks man maybe in the future but for now i dont have the time for that sorry... still my advice with the 90degree swoops stays. And its the same for swoopers on skydive canopies i guess
@Siggi Cloudwalker You're complete right but you have to notice that this isn't a thing for beginners. You have to be very good an to spend many hours in the air. This tutorial is for people who have the right skills and may fly also acro. You have to remember that its only for pros and not for beginner. And for the pros this tuturial is very good.Stay safe mate and happy landings 🤙🏻
Are you actively using the speed bar during the spiral? e.g. at 1:32 I wish I had a cushion of soft snow to practice this. The 3cm of slush on my local airfield won't do the job :-/
@@thatguykaini he is definitely using the bar after exit to flatten the flare. You can see it on the risers. On the shot with touching a roof of the house it also look as if he used a bit of bar during the spiral. Maybe it wasn't a full spiral but just a turn to gain energy. Or possibly active piloting wit bar instead of breaks is just his second nature.
