Dumbell flies and incline presses are by far the most effective ones. I love the stretch of the dumbell fly. I'm surprised you didn't even mention the regular pushup. If you go wide and low and focus on your chest muscles, it gives pretty good results. Decline pushups help fill that small upper part of your chest.
I’m 14 and started to properly use a dumbbell at home a few months ago. I didn’t even realise that I was helping my chest as well as my arms, now I have a big chest and arms and I never looked back on the dumbbell.
I started watching this channel many months ago to before I even knew I would later decide to start working out. And now, I can finally benefit from the awesome exercise taught here because I've just bought a 50KG dumbell and barbell set to start working out from home.
For exercise number 2, think about trying to bring your elbows together when pressing up. It will give you a solid contraction at the top of the movement.
I am so glad I came across your RU-vid Channel! You are excellent at explaining all the exercises and the benefits to doing them correctly. I have recently purchased a workout bench NOW I can perform all the dumbbell routines. Keep up the awesome work!
I cant get over how much i am loving these videos and working out. Been 4 weeks and ive been active everyday doing some kind of cardio or workout with the aid of this King.
02:33 risky option: use a plate ! clamp it with both palms... squeeze for your dear life ( or nose, since dropping it ... well, don't drop a weight plate on your face)
Over the last year while working out at home versus the gym I’ve utilized somewhat of a variation of the cross body dumbbell raise as a replacement for cable fly (cables set low at the bottom and bring them up). You can do this exercise seated or standing. To mimic the same movement of a typical cable fly you could lift both dumbbells at the same time and meet in the middle in the same position you would with the cable handles if that makes sense. Or you could do one arm at a time as well. I would suggest using a weight that you can handle with good reps where you are engaging the chest muscle and not “swinging” the weight up.
Thank you so much for this brother its very helpful. I have been trying to find dumbbell exercises to target the chest and now I have so thankyou so much. you're a big help, May GOD Bless you brother.
Hey my guy! I thought I was crazy the last few years doing #6 of the cross raise, but got great activation! Rotate the pinky to the roof at the end of the motion... best "Finishing" movement.
I have a serious question for Max or anyone who knows, both my arms are the same size but the muscle on my dominant arm is so much more solid when I flex than my non dominant arm, how can I get my non dominant arm to be exactly like the other?
Well it makes my feel a bit better that I'm not the only one, ive been trying to do more thing with my non dominant arm but it's tough reminding myself to use it lol
You have better mind muscle connection with your dominant arm. I suggest you lower the weight and really focus your mind on each slow rep. You can also probably find muscle activation exercises for specific muscle groups and are benfecial for all fitness levels. The reason I know all this is because I have the same issue with my biceps and I also have a muscle imbalance in my pectorals. I hope this helps.

Thx for this awesome video man, really good explanations and good camera angles of the exercises (and of course excellent narration) made it easy to understand and apply. The Nr. 6 Standing Cross Body Dumbbell Raise made me sweat like a baby bear in the sauna :), never did something like that before... very effective indeed. I've learned so much from you, appreciate it very much..Thx again from the bottom of my Bodybuilder Heart.

Good video. If you could, place markers in your video to show each separate point, and add a list below, much like dragonmatt90 did 5 months ago. Can't tell you how to do these things, but I find them helpful when viewing a video with multiple points. Thanks
I've been exercising for a while but without equipment and i feel the exercise i do aren't helping my arms grow. My question is are there any no equipment exercise i can do just to grow my arms even by a little. Love ur content hope to see more no pain no gains

I was once incarcerated and I worked out wit a crew and I got all the way up to 305 on the weight pile. I served out in 2011 and I stopped working out all those years and I finally got the urge to workout so I just got a gym membership at the YMCA and I lost all my memory of sets and what to do and what to work out on each day so I just jumped in and started chest and I’m tryna bounce back up to at least 405 what’s the best program or routine to get on if you can help me or give me some advice reply back
