Surely, quality of life has to be more than the ability to have sexual intercourse. A bigger concern is being able to urinate properly - being able to hold it when needed, emptying the bladder completely, and not leaking constantly. And the most important consideration is eliminating the cancer cells early enough before they spread to other parts of the body - which eventually will kill the patient.
Like cryotherapy relapse is a bit high. Insurance don't pay. Problem with all treatments is if the tumor is near the urethra. But still to early to write this treatment is not good.😅
