Today at work I had a homemade focaccia made by me with organic wholegrains flour and seeds and in the middle I put 150 gr of wild salmon and salad.... I was satiated for hours!!! Delicious, rich in nutrients and fulfilling. I believe that the carbs have been balanced by the fat of the salmon as I didn't feel cravings at all afterwards. I'm glad you mentioned spices as I've just bought tons of spices in Martinica 😊

JJ, you've mentioned in interviews about how you used nutrition and supplements along with other health therapies to help your son recover from a traumatic brain injury. Is there anything that can help with brain damage caused by meningitis? And does the brain damage have to be recent or can it be from years ago and still be helped now with nutrition and supplements?
Look into the dirty dozen foods. Do the benefits of sprayed food outweigh The risks? I do t think so. I’ve seeen organic in the frozen berries. That’s an option for a smoothie
What you should worry about is if they are seeded or seedless. Avoid seedless fruit. Soak in baking soda and water for 30 minutes to dissolve pesticides. Enjoy.
