I used to eat lots of bananas, but recently learned that banana has a collegen-aise effect. So I wonder if I cook them in good water, I can kill the collegen enzymes and still enjoy the bananas. Can you research this also, a do a video about it?

My LDL is high and my doctor told me to stay with a Mediterranean diet. I hired a nutrition and fitness coach and he told me I need animal protein. He stated that lean meat is healthy for you, it’s all the saturated fat from non lean meats that’s bad for your cholesterol.
I eliminated sugar and processed carbs. That is how I lowered my LDL, triglycerides, and apo-b. . I still eat organic pasture raised eggs and beef and A2 dairy. No statins needed here!
